What is included with a Mazda Visual Health Check?

Our Mazda trained technicians at Grainger Motor Group Mazda will complete a Mazda Visual Health Check that is a visual examination of 32 items including key safety items inside and outside your vehicle, such as: brakes, tyres, lights, bodywork, steering and suspension.

A Visual Health Check Report is completed and each item checked is classified into one of three categories: green, amber or red.

Green: everything appears to be okay

Great news, your vehicle is in good health.

Amber: work needed soon - before next scheduled visit

A concern has been identified that needs attention - not immediately but in the near future. This will enable you to plan and budget to have the work done.

Red: urgent work - dangerous, illegal or defective

A problem has been identified that could have safety implications, or could lead to bigger repair bills in the near future. It is recommended that you have this work carried out as a matter of urgency.

What Next?

If we identify any areas requiring urgent attention, you will be contacted and provided with a fully inclusive price to carry out the repair using Genuine Mazda Parts. With your approval, we will carry out the work immediately, or book your car into our service department at another time that is convenient for you.

When you come to collect your vehicle, you will be given a copy of the Mazda Visual Health Check report* which will provide you with total peace of mind about the condition of your vehicle. This way you can be assured that whenever you visit Grainger Motor Group Mazda, you know your vehicle is in safe hands.
