Mazda in Letchworth (Norton Way)

John & Rachel Lacey. I have been a Mazda driver for 20 years and I recently converted my wife into owning a Mazda. So, when it became time to upgrade my old Mazda to a much newer car, we were clearly going to choose a Mazda. We eventually decided to look for a CX-3. We found, what seemed to be a good one at Norton Way, and made an appointment with Josh to look at it and take it for a test drive. Josh was extremely professional and very friendly all the way through the whole negotiating process and again upon our return to pick the car up. He is a credit to the sales team at Norton Way.

I came to this garage hoping to buy either the Mazda 3 or Mazda CX-30. I came in on a whim, and managed to get a meeting with Josh. He was super friendly and down to earth from the start, and I left the same day having bought my perfect car! There were a few teething issues in the shop (none of it Josh’s fault) but the service he provided to sort everything for me was exceptional. Overall, I’m loving my car, and can see myself owning a Mazda for a long time! Thanks to Mazda and Josh for such a great car buying experience.

Just picked up my Mazda 2 from Norton Way this morning. My family have always bought their cars from Norton Way for generations and the customer service has always been outstanding. So it was only right that my first ever car was bought here as well. Ronan was absolutely fantastic in finding the best deal. His relaxed and professional approach made the purchase completely stress free. He explained everything incredibly clearly, made note of our concerns and fully rectified very minor bodywork issues that we initially spotted on the car. I had a fantastic experience with Amelia from the sales team at Norton Way Mazda. We turned up on a Sunday morning after reserving a car via Mazda's website, even though we hadn’t booked an appointment. Amelia was incredibly welcoming and took the time to sit us down to understand what we were looking for. Within 15 minutes, we were offered a test drive. At no point did we feel rushed. The whole process was smooth and relaxed. The handover of the car was just as impressive. The paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently, and Amelia made sure everything was explained clearly. A couple of days after we picked up the car, she reached out to check that we were happy and to see if we had any questions. This level of care and service really stood out to me. It’s the reason I now prefer to use Norton Way Mazda for servicing as well, even though there are more convenient options closer to home. It’s worth the extra hour’s drive for the experience.

Have used Norton Way Mazda since 2013 for both sales and service and cannot compliment them enough. I apologise for not reviewing before - I know these reviews are encouraged - as you would have had 13 5-star reviews by now! Particular shout out for Ben in workshop control and Ed the tech who were excellent in dealing with my first Mazda breakdown last week (didn’t think Mazdas did breakdown?!) and had me back on the road in 3 days. Top service and customer care! Credit where it is due!

We had a great experience buying our new-to-us Mazda CX-5 from Norton Way . The car was exactly what we were looking for and the premises were clean and inviting. Leigh was very professional, coupled with a pleasant, friendly, relaxed and efficient manner in managing the whole process. She also took the time to walk us through and get us comfortable with the switches and buttons before we drove away and their tea was great!

Fantastic experience buying my dream car at Norton way Mazda. Leigh was brilliant throughout the whole process. I’ve bought from Mazda approved dealer before and they was good, but Leigh went above and beyond and made the experience the best yet. Mike who valued my car was very friendly, informative, fair and honest. I appreciated both of their help and getting me back to owning a Mazda again after a brief stop gap. Leigh was patient especially as I was trying to navigate my way buying a car with a 3 year old in tow. Even the littlest thing like holding my daughter’s hand so I could safely look around the new car and not have to worry about her. And despite the fact we aren’t local I would definitely return in the future if I was upgrading Thankyou from a very happy customer, who finally got her foot back on the Mazda pedal and enjoying the beautiful CX-30.

Having purchased my CX-30 from this same dealer 2 years previously I enquired about trading in for a CX-5. Unfortunately the CX-30 had not held its value against the finance however Leigh and Sam worked wonders to settle my finance and turn around a new CX-5 deal within a week. Great service again from Leigh and would recommend the dealership.

Took my cx-30 into Norton Way motors for its second service, i was greeted by Mr Den Harper service advisor who took my details and told me my car would be ready later on in the day. Which it was,a few hours later Den told me what had been done and that my car had been washed, serviced & was ready for collection, a very nice chap indeed and would recommend Norton Way. This is my fourth Mazda from Norton Way and would highly recommend the car and the service of Norton Way Motors.

Recently just bought a Mazda 3 and I absolutely love it. The car is perfect and the service was flawless. Josh Simkins is a friendly, kind and down to earth lad. OUTSTANDING team and engagement from start to finish. More showrooms should be like Mazda in Letchworth: Josh and the team were brilliant representatives. They worked around my sometimes tricky calendar; were very informative without being pushy; gave us plenty of time for a test drive; clearly walked me through the finance agreement; made trading in my car easy; were friendly; kept to schedule, and; handed over the car in perfect condition. They went further by printing internet documents off for my father - who prefers to deal with hard copies. They capped off the entire experience by being accommodating. I was working while waiting for the finance to be approved which included attending a meeting. Josh and the team asked me whether I would be more comfortable working at one of their spare desks. A small but friendly touch that sums up the entire experience.

Had a fantastic time with Norton road Mazda recently. Saw a car I was interested in on the Friday eve, saw it the next day and took it for a test drive and a week later it was at home with me. Mazda Cars and Norton Way are perfect. So good that although I don't live near to Letchworth I have gone back there for several cars and all services. The worst experience I have had was with a garage in Park Royal that Mazda Care or what ever it's called sent my car to, to have bodywork done after a no blame accident near home. I shalln't use Mazda Care again in such circumstances.

Spotted a used CX-3 on the Mazda UK website so contacted Norton Way Mazda (Letchworth) and spoke to Amelia from Sales who described the car, fully answered our questions and arranged a test drive. The next day at the showroom we received a warm welcome from Amelia, who showed us an immaculately presented vehicle and it's features plus documentation before setting up a road test. Following a successful drive Amelia offered to hold the car whilst we grabbed some lunch and a chance to mull over a purchase. We eventually returned to the showroom and committed to the purchase. Throughout our time with Amelia and other staff, we were treated with respect, made comfortable and never felt pressurised into making decisions. We collected the car several days later from Amelia, which was again conducted in a professional and considerate way. I needed a car pretty quick. After doing months of research and had some limitations of choice due to some other factors, I Looked at the Mazda. I always though Mazda's interior were tad bland compared to the VW family. However Once you get over the "digital" cluster and infotainment system you can't use while driving, The Mazda's are actually very practical with the rotary dial navigation and the Mazda CX-30 is REALLY well specked and plush inside, lots of soft, leather. I was helped by Richard, very down to earth salesman, honest, straight to the point and pretty open. The test driving & buying experience has been an absolute pleasure. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to years of fantastic communication and customer service from this Mazda branch.

He assisted my wife and I with our car after our existing Mazda decided to have a flat battery after driving nearly 2 hours from the West Midlands. Never been inside a Mazda dealership before but I'm glad I visited this one. I was greatest by a Sales person Called Leigh and she was helpful all the way through. She didn't just show me cars that were the most expensive, she helped me and showed me cars that I knew I could afford monthly and so because of her being very professional I decided to get a 20 plate Mazda CX-30 SE-L hatchback. Great service by her at all times.

Richard Surbey did a great job advising me on the purchase of a nearly new car at Norton, he was friendly, knowledgable and practical - not at all pushy. The rest of the staff supported well with valeting and pre sale servicing. When I wasn’t able to get hold of him to check something a colleague stepped in to help out. He made the eventual paperwork and handover smooth and promptly amended a couple of forms that weren’t quite right. Very good service.

Bought Mazda CX-3 from Mazda Norton Way, fully online. Truly happy with my purchase and support from guys at Norton Way. Prior to purchase, Leigh Chapman who assisted me, provided a live video of the car. Then I got it delivered within 3 days free of charge (about 60 miles drive). Then I decided to do comprehensive RAC inspection which didn't find anything major. Just a small wearing on one front wheel, and antifreeze over-filled, which was 1cm above the Max line. I guess RAC have to find something for the price you pay. Anyway, I contacted Leigh about this, and my car was taken back for a full inspection and wheel alignment, again 60 miles drive one way, everything free of charge, the car was delivered back next day. Got a call 2 weeks later from Leigh just checking if anything else is needed. I think that what you call Exceptional Customer Service. 5 stars, definitely

Excellent experience dealing with Donald Smith and his manager, Sam Bryer. Donald was very helpful in arranging test drives, taking me through the sale process and explaining essential features of the car during the hand over. A very pleasant chap and a joy to deal with. I would have given five stars were it not for the fact that the service area recorded the car's mileage incorrectly as 15.4k for the MoT whereas I had seen both before and after the MoT that the mileage on the car was 14.5k.

I did receive a great deal here. The very low mileage car without pre-owner was sold at the lowest price as far as I could search through online. Moreover, hospitality of dealers was great. As such, they offered me a flexible payment scheme. They were very responsive compared with other car dealers. It is very helpful in making a deal swiftly. I recommend this dealer.

A friend of mine recently bought a new car and although my car was perfectly fine and suited my needs well I thought I’d have a look around. I found a Mazda CX-3 on the autotrader and absolutely loved it. I made an enquiry about the car and within 24 hours had an email asking if I would like to come in for a test drive, which was quick and easy to arrange. Although the car I was initially looking at had sold there was a number of other CX-3s at the dealership all at a similar price to the one I was looking at. I dealt with Matt Squires who was extremely helpful and really friendly. Matt showed me a variety of cars including different models but I had got my heart set on the CX-3. He showed me a red CX-3 and I loved it, even more so after a I test drove it. Less than two weeks later I am happy to say that I now own that very car and I love it. Travelled from Scotland to check out an MX5 at Norton Way Mazda. The experience was second to none lead by sales exec Richard Surbey. He initially sent a video of our prospective buy to our home, as we were travelling some distance to see the car, and went out of his way to ensure it was serviced and valeted for our arrival, as this was all completed over the weekend. Whole experience in the showroom was 1st class and good COVID restrictions adherence followed, while we were there. We did purchase the car, and again thanks to Richard for a very pleasant experience, and also to Steve who we also met while at the showroom.

Used MX-5 Arctic Edition. I bought a used Mx-5 Arctic edition for my wife from Norton Way and we collected it yesterday. First class service from sales manager, Kevin Sansum throughout the process, despite the lockdown restrictions. The car was well prepared and the handover process was safe, smooth and not too time consuming. The price was fair and the 12 month Mazda warranty and roadside assistance offer reassurance of a trouble free year ahead. The car was serviced and supplied with an MOT and drive away insurance, so could not ask for more really. No hard sell of paint protection or other add on insurances, which I was grateful for. We even managed to blag a full tank of fuel, although I think this should be mandatory with every car sale to avoid a bad first impression. We are not local to Letchworth, but I found buying at a distance straightforward. I would certainly recommend Norton Way if you are considering a new or used Mazda, wherever you live.

Located a secondhand car to the precise specification that I was looking for on the main Mazda website . The vehicle was located in Letchworth at Norton Way Mazda which is some distance from my home in North Yorkshire. However following a chat about the car over the telephone, it sounded just perfect and the price excellent. I decided that it was worth a trip to see it on this occasion as I had been looking for some time. Cutting a long story short, I met with Matt Squires, the salesman who went over all the necessary details in a pleasant and professional manner and a deal was done. I didn't want to collect the car for about a month and this allowed them to service it; valet it and to repair a minor dent; all of which was done promptly and thoroughly. Matt guided me through the process of transferring a private plate on the new car and he did a really nice job when we collected the vehicle last week. After experiencing poor aftersales service for three years from a local Mazda dealership, I decided to drive the 40 miles and give Norton Way a try for a routine service based on the reviews here; I have not been dissapointed. In fact, this place has far exceeded my expectations for a main dealer. The level of customer service that Jermayne Vincent provided, should be commended. His attention to detail, clear explanation, patience, honesty, and just the genuine level of care he had shown, should be a benchmark for all aftersales departments. This experience alone has fully restored my faith in Mazda aftersales. I must also add that Jermayne truly went above and beyond his duty to actively sort out a previous issue that remained unresolved (nothing to do with Norton Way). He really didn't need to do this, but this goes to show what an absolute asset he is to Norton Way and Mazda. I also spoke to Tom regarding the purchase of a new car. Again, the excellent service, professionalism and commitment (staying back after closed hours!) extends to the sales department. Tom from the sales team was absolutely great from start to finish. I first expressed interest in a mazda 6 around three weeks before my 25th birthday (didn't wish to change cars and take out a new insurance so close to my birthday) Tom was in regular communication from the first, never in a pushy way but more then helpful to answer any questions I had in this time period and to also give me regular updates on the car. When it came time for me to buy Tom was able to secure me a great deal and left me filled with confidence I would drive off the forecourt with a safe, reliable beautiful motor with the cars next scheduled service completed and 12 months MOT and breakdown as standard in buying a used mazda from the dealership. As there is no Mazda dealership in Chelmsford where I live, Mazda My Way brought a CX3 to my door for a test drive. They then put me in touch with Steve at Norton Way who offered me a great deal and fair trade in for my Mazda 2. The paperwork was completed via Email, and my new car was delivered to me at home by Dave and the absolutely delightful Charlotte. Totally seamless process without having to actually visit the dealer's premises which would have been a 100 mile round trip. Even though a new Mazda showroom is due to open locally in the next few months I'll certainly contact Norton Way for my next car in 3 years time.

Long standing customer now having purchased over 5 cars from Norton Way Mazda over the past few years. This is not by coincidence! I have always found them helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Matt Squires from sales is your man if you are after a new Mazda - poor chap had to negotiate with me the last 5 times already! As for the aftersales which is often neglected by other dealerships, I have found this to be very good indeed. Not only are the after sales team at Norton Way friendly, courteous and helpful but they are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Even phone calls are returned, something quite rare these days. Having said this, servicing costs at Norton Way Mazda are not the cheapest around. However, the workmanship and explanation of the bill/work done to the car more than makes up for this. If you are looking for a decent reliable Mazda dealership then I can highly recommend Norton Way Mazda. Keep up the good work guys.

Did my test drive of the Mazda CX-3 through Mazda My Way, great service from Silviu Giorgi, he brought the CX-3 to my workplace and I was able to do a test drive in the area I drive around every day. My very first experience of buying a car in the UK from Ireland and it was absolutely first class all the way from Richard Surbey in Norton Motors.. I found Norton Motors online as they had the car I was looking for.. Richard Surbey was my contact there and I can’t rate him highly enough.. I was put at ease immediately by him.. A refundable deposit was paid and a video of the car was sent to me to confirm that I was happy with it before full payment.. He then advised me to send a small amount to their bank first to reassure me and then the remaining balance..👍 He was more than helpful and even sent another video when the car was collected and loaded on the transporter.. I had an excellent experience buying a car from Norton Way Mazda. Matt was a very polite, patiente and helpful through the whole process (so as the rest of the staff). I never felt rushed to do things or make decisions. The place was clean and looks well organized. Parking can be a problem due to the size of the car park, although I've never had any issues finding a place. There's only one thing I want to mention and that's your desks. It was a bit uncomfortable to sit by it as there was no legroom on the other side of it. This is not criticism, only feedback. I would recommend buying a car from Norton Way Mazda!

Used Mazda 3 purchased for my wife following her car being written off. Had been to a different main dealer the day before - very much felt like we were being put through a sales process. I purchased a Mazda 3 a couple of weeks ago from Norton Way, had a very pleasant experience. Kyle was the rep I dealt with, he sat with me for a good 2 hours whilst I test drove two cars (all throughout his lunch break, poor fella) and gave me all the information needed when I decided which one to buy. I signed the paperwork and went away for a week while the garage serviced, MOT and washed the car all nice for me. In that time Kyle was easily contactable and kept me regularly updated when the car was ready, and to confirm my payments were received When the guys cleaned the car they found a small scratch under a sticker that the previous owner had covered up, so they offered to fix the scratch for free and lend me a hire car for free for a few days while they fixed it. The car I bought also had no parcel shelf, so Kyle sorted one for me. Very happy with my service and would recommend Norton Way to anyone looking to purchase a Mazda. This was not the closest dealer to me, but review-wise it was the best and rightly so

Extremely happy with the service we received from Mazda. The show room was lovely. My son was able to enjoy a drink and read football magazines while my husband and I chatted to the sales team. I bought my Mazda June 2017 last year and was very happy with the service I received. Matt Squires I believe was the name of the man who helped me to decide on my purchase, he sat with me while I took a few different Mazda's for a test drive, nothing was too much trouble even moving lots of other cars so that I could test drive the Mazda that was in the middle of the showroom! I already had my heart set on a Mazda 6 but I wanted to try different models to be absolutely sure I had made the right choice. I had my car serviced with Norton Mazda today. I was about to leave these guys a dazzling review as the customer service was fantastic, however, I discovered that they took some money from the box between the two front seats of my car. I know because i put it in there yesterday. Only a few pounds but I'm shocked that such a thing would happen. I don't know if it was hoovered accidentally or just plain stolen. Quite disappointed by this. Update: After contacting mazda, they investigated the situation and are profusely apologetic. Once again, I can't fault the customer service and therefore I've upgraded this review from 3 to 5 stars again.

I have recently returned to Norton Way Mazda to purchase a new CX5 as not only was i impressed with the previous second hand car but now opted to look into a new version. I asked to speak to Matt Squires with whom i dealt with last time. Matt took time to get the right deal for me along with explaining the many options available to me. I have to say i was very impressed with his knowledge and approach to the sale of the vehicle. I have to say i am delighted with my new car along with the price paid, as i did get a quote elsewhere which for me fell short on Norton Ways figures. Sometimes car purchase can be a bit stressful however Norton Way are great at putting the options sensibly without sales overkill. Richard is clearly knowledgeable about the product and I get the feeling I am a valued customer. There is a great range of Mazda's in the showroom to view and the product is fantastic.

Norton Way Mazda is an excellent dealership. Our sales executive, Kyle, was very friendly and helpful, as were the management team of Kevin, Steve and Bruce. There was never any pressure to make a purchase, and we were given an immediate refund when there was an unexpected problem with the first car we were intending to buy. We returned a week or so later to order a new MX5-RF, and then altered the order to purchase the top of the range model. There are no problems at all with Norton Way Mazda. However, the national 'Mazda Roadside Assistance' is actually contracted out to 'Alliance Worldwide Partners', who were unable to help us when we had a problem. We have since paid to have our own cover with Green Flag.

Its took some time to eventually be won over to the Mazda side, but got there in the end. Essentially, its all down to the superb skills of the personnel at Norton Way Mazda, especially Richard Surbey. I was made to feel welcome from my initial contact with this dealership and having been involved in the motor industry for more years than I care to mention (albeit in the commercial vehicle side of the industry), I do know the motor trade and I'm not an easy pushover. All through the purchasing process, which ended with me driving away a new Mazda 3 this week, NWM have shown me exactly how they treat their customers. The handover of my M3 undertaken by Richard was comprehensive, without being overburdening and confusing. And I know, that should I have any questions or issues with my M3, they'll be there to help me out. So I’d like to thank everyone I had contact with at NWM for all their attention and patience with me - 'we got there in the end'. One final statement is that the M3 is a very well designed car. The technology is, in my opinion, intuitive but simple to operate and Richard was correct, everything’s in the right place. I’ve taken to this car and look forward to many years of happy motoring. NWM are highly commendable and I have no reservations in recommending them. Best car buying experience ever, period!

Start to finish (or at least the point at which I drove away in my new car 2 days ago) the whole experience has been top notch. I can't fault the way in which the staff handled everything in a friendly, professional and efficient manner, especially the sales guy, Matt Squires. My one and only point for improvement would be the weather - it rained when I collected my new car! Until such time as we can control the weather I don't think there's anything Norton Way Mazda could have done (or need to) to make the whole sales process any better. This the third car I have bought from these guys in 10 years and I've never had any cause to complain.

Kyle, the South African guy got me the part exchange price I wanted and answered all my questions about the newer petrol model I was interested in. So hence the sale. Billy is a charming young man and an extremely good salesman. His attention to detail and relaxing tone of voice left me completely at ease. His onscreen presence during his video presentation was something ELSE. I'm a celebrity and I know talent when I see it. That boy is gifted. Great cars, many options available to you i love my CX5 not what i originally went in for but so glad matt recommended it, staff are friendly, helpful & chatty right through to management, had a slight issue with a missing SD card but this was solved within days. Recommend Matt great customer service 🖒 even left something in my old car & he drove to the compound to retrieve it & found my glasses too haha

I bought a second hand car here and have to say that having dealt with my fair share of dealers over the years they were very good. Tom Gosbee sold me the car and I found him to be fair and easy to work with, a nice bloke as were the other members of staff involved. No pushy sales tactics, which was great. I would have rated 5 stars I think but a slight hiccup with the car two weeks in (warning light) that was kind of left with me to sort out through servicing dept was a bit disappointing and slightly took the shine off for me. Other than that I can recommend Norton Way Mazda, a very good dealership with friendly staff.

I became a customer in Feb2008 on the purchase of a second-hand Mazda, and Norton Way Mazda kept it serviced annually until Nov2016. In Nov2016, I went in to have them change a bulb - a 'while-you-wait' service (I have time nor patience to fiddle with in the inside of the bonnet) - and I ended up replacing the car. (Well, I had been looking for nearly two years...!) For service and maintenance - whether bulbs, tyres, annual services, managing the MOT process with the MOT centre - the service is top-rate, quick and reliable, with proper costing/quotation, customer consultation, and a thorough debriefing upon collection of the serviced/repaired car. The service department's personnel are very knowledgeable about the vehicles they service, and they manage service jobs very efficiently: on only one occasion did I need to borrow the garage's courtesy car, on every other occasion, the car was in and out on the same day. For sales, the sales technique is appropriate and responsive. Some of the staff have been there for as long as I've been a customer. The trainee saleman who sold me the car of Nov2016 demonstrated aptly that he was learning good habits. The stock of vehicles is rotated regularly, so there is always alternatives to look at, but be quick, because the cars tend to move quickly (so to speak). A well-managed shop. Strongly recommended.

Initially impressed with the service provided during purchase process - Tom was helpful and friendly and didn’t seem overly pushy. A month after purchase, on taking the car in to my local dealership in Twickenham to get a spare key coded, a couple of issues were discovered with the car. After managing to speak with the Management at Norton Way, within a couple of days they had sent someone all the way to Surrey to pick up the car. They dropped it off the next day with the issues fixed (and gave it a clean to boot). Thanks to Maria for sorting this out so efficiently!

Excellent customer service & a great place to visit. Kyle was doing an exceptional piece of work from the start to the very end, really a good example for any sales person, as he was spot on with the information & letting me make my own judgment without rushing. Now I'm a big time Mazda 6 lover & enjoy driving the great machine. Highly recommended the cars as well as the dealership.....

I have bought my last 3 card from Norton Way. Their customer service is amazing. I always go to see Richard Surbey, one of the sales team & he knows what type of car I would like, without me even telling him! He gives a thorough break down of things like in car features and explains them in lay man terms. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car & find Richard such an approachable and amiable person. Would recommend Norton way and Richard Surbey to everyone.

I have had a great experience here in Letchworth Garden City to exchange my Mazda MX-5 for a new model. Matt Squires was the Sales team member that handled this purchase, Stuart Hall was in the Finance department, and both were very helpful, answered any questions and made the whole process very easy. I bought a brand new Mazda MX5 Sports Nav last year 2015. I have loved it and taken real good care of my car. I have only done 511 miles and it is in immaculate condition. The day was coming for my First Service and I was getting nervous as I had kept my car in mint condition and I was really worried it would get scratched or damaged. As my children's cars have had damage from other garages. I called Norton Way to book my First Service as the spanner was showing in the dash. I spoke to a lovely man by the name of Lee. I explained my worries and he was absolutely wonderful and understood. He was so kind to advise me to book it in early for 08:00 so it would not be busy and my car would probably be the first to go in. I had a week on annual leave so I managed to get the booking on the Tuesday 18th October 2016. I arrived at 07:45 in the car park and saw a man opening up but I did not know that was Lee. At 08:00 I went into the service area and Lee introduced himself to me and my husband. I explained the Car was outside. There was a silver car parked close to me. Lee was so thoughtful he had the silver car removed so he could get into my car without any damage to my door. This was so so wonderful, thoughtful and is exceptional customer service. Lee looked over my car for any scratches but he couldn't find any as I know it is in fine condition. We waited in the waiting area until the service was done. During our wait I asked another lovely man by the name of Will to assist me to locate the SD card and would he be kind enough to show me how to update it. Will was so accomadating and told me he would update it for me after the service was completed. All was done and at about 10:30 my car was ready and nothing was wrong with the car. I was dreading looking at it just in case there was any scratches!!! I Thanked Lee and Will before we left. I went to my car to check it but the car was wet as it was raining and it was difficult to see. So when I got home I washed my car thoroughly and I was SO SO HAPPY the car did not have one mark on it. I have never had such excellent service such as this and I would like to say the staff at Norton Way have time and patients and have excellent customer service skills and are a credit to Norton Way Mazda. A Big Thank You again to Lee and Will. I can now look forward to my next service without getting stressed!!

I have had my Mazda CX-3 now for about a month and loving driving it so much that I am making excuses just to drive it more often! Only criticism is that the sun visor clashes with the interior rear view mirror but I can live with that and I do think that car mats could have been included in the price, as all previous cars I have bought they have been The staff at Norton Way were great , especially Kyle Dix and Peter. Very pleased that I opted for the top of the range car, as I am loving the extras and the Bose sound system is great. I can recommend this garage and will return to buy another when its time for a change.

After searching for a used Mazda MX5, and reading a few dealership reviews, I decided to visit Norton Way Mazda which is an hours drive from where I live. Matt Squires greeted me and my husband and was very friendly - a cheeky chap but not in the annoying old style car salesman way - he gave good banter which I like 😀👍🏻 He took us out separately for a test drive (obviously for a 2 seater) and after a bit of conversation and thought process we struck a deal. I didn't get any money off the car but I did get a good price for trading in my old car. There was then some selling of products and services - 4 in total. I purchased 2, plus wanted rear sensors fitted. On returning a week later to pick up the car, Matt then tried to sell me the 2 I didn't go for. I know Matt's only doing his job and works on commission but this was the only part of the service that made me feel a little uncomfortable. The reason for this 4, and not 5 star review, is I asked for free car mats (we're only talking 2) and I was told indirectly by Matts boss that I could have them at the cost price of £65. Considering I'd just spent £17.5k with them (which is a lot of money to me), I found this to be pretty mean. So boss, I hope you will consider that this drop in the ocean to you has cost you a 'star' and has slightly undermined Matt's fantastic sales performance. A little goes a long way. All this being said I would recommend these guys - Matt was very professional and on the ball. P.s. I have found some Mazda car mats on line for £20! Thanks for reading 😊

I wanted to buy a car but didn't know which one I should go for. Kyle Dix welcomed me, listened to me, understood perfectly what I was looking for and within a week I was driving my new car. I am so happy, hopefully I won't be back soon as I love my car but if I had to, I'll definitely ask Kyle for his help again. After my car came back from a service by an independent garage with the engine warning light on and a long list of recommended works totalling over 700 pounds, I had it checked by Norton Way Mazda, who confirmed that none of the work actually needed doing and the warning light was due to a sensor being disconnected. All dealt with for a very reasonable diagnostic fee, and with polite and friendly customer service too. Very happy with the service from Norton Way Mazda - and obviously never going back to that other garage ever again!!
