I would like to share my excellent experience with Norton Way Mazda in Letchworth. I recently took my car in for a service, and the level of customer care was outstanding from start to finish.
The entire team was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. A special thank you to Daren, who went above and beyond to help me. He was knowledgeable, patient, and provided exceptional customer service throughout the visit.
I highly recommend Norton Way Mazda to anyone looking for excellent service and a team that genuinely cares about its customers.

Great customer service. Took my car in for a basic service and they did everything to a top standard, for the couple recommended pieces on the health check of the car, they gave excellent advice on the issues and didn't try to gouge more money when it wasn't required workwhich is a fresh experience from other Mazda dealers I've been to in the past! Will be taking my car here in the future :)

Recently purchased a used Mazda 3 and the service we received from Ronan was outstanding. It's a while since we've purchased a car so were unfamiliar with a lot of the features of the car but Ronan was very patient with us and explained everything. We don't live locally but Ronan made the entire purchase experience painless. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish and we can't rate Ronan highly enough, He was extremely professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend and purchase form Norton Way Mazda again.

I can't fault Mazda at Norton Way Letchworth in anyway whatsoever.
From my first encounter with Josh when I was just a "walk in" he was excellent in all respects. He was helpful, knowledgeable, professional and most of all, engaging and friendly every time we met. The buying process took about 5 months, which suited me perfectly, and throughout that period he kept "gently in touch" to keep me up to speed on the progress. When the car arrived, it was perfectly presented and the handover was a pleasure.
That was about 2 months ago and since then the car has been excellent in every respect.
When Josh wasn't available all the staff at all levels were all very professional and friendly and always ready to offer a coffee to me if I wanted one.
All in all, I would be very happy to recommend Mazda Letchworth and in particularly Josh to anyone looking to buy a car, my experience with them was excellent.

Visited Mazda Letchworth while looking for a new car. The staff were polite and knowledgeable, but I was disappointed with the sales approach when I explained that I had found the same car at a considerably lower price from another official Mazda UK dealer.
I gave the dealership the opportunity to explain the difference and potentially earn my business locally, however the conversation felt more focused on undermining the competing offer and creating doubt about another official Mazda dealer’s pricing, rather than giving a straightforward explanation as to why they could not, or did not wish to, match the deal. The overall impression given was that the focus was more on discouraging confidence in the competing offer than simply explaining the pricing difference, which did not feel like a fair or transparent approach.
What made the experience frustrating was that the competing vehicle was the same model, equivalent specification and from another official Mazda dealer, so the explanation given simply did not feel convincing.
Car prices can clearly vary across the UK depending on stock levels, dealer targets, margins, location and local competition. I therefore found it surprising to be told there were effectively no regional pricing variations between Mazda dealerships.
I completely understand that not every dealership can match another dealer’s pricing, but I do expect a straightforward and professional explanation when that is the case.
In the end, I purchased the same model from another official Mazda dealer and saved around £1,500.
Overall, the staff were pleasant, but the sales approach left me uncomfortable and did not give me confidence to buy from this dealership.

We fully appreciate that customers will often compare offers from different retailers, and we completely respect your decision to purchase elsewhere if another deal represented better value for you. As you rightly mention, pricing can vary between dealerships for a number of reasons including stock profiles, local market conditions and individual business models.
During your visit, our team aimed to explain openly that we were unfortunately unable to match the level of discount being offered on the vehicle you had sourced elsewhere. Our pricing approach is based on maintaining competitive and transparent pricing from the outset, rather than inflating prices with the intention of applying larger discounts later in the process.
We are sorry if our explanation came across in a way that caused concern or gave the impression that we were undermining another Mazda retailer, as this was certainly not our intention. We always strive to conduct conversations in a professional, honest and respectful manner, even where we are unable to agree on price.

I recently bought a used approved car from Norton Way Mazda and had such a great experience thanks to Leigh. She was incredibly helpful, informative, and friendly throughout the whole process. There was absolutely no pressure at any point. She really knew her stuff and gave me the space and time to make the right decision for myself.
I was hugely impressed by how welcomed and looked after I felt by everyone at Mazda. Even after buying the car, when I popped back because I’d noticed a noise, the team took the time to investigate it properly. It turned out to just be a loose clip, but they handled it gladly and professionally, which really says a lot about their customer service.
I would highly recommend Norton Way Mazda to anyone looking to buy a car, and I’ll absolutely be buying from them again in the future!

We purchased our Mazda2 on 06/05/2026 from Norton Way Mazda, and I would like to say it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish.
Ronan, who helped us throughout the process, was extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming. He made us feel very comfortable and explained everything clearly and patiently. Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful, but he made the whole experience smooth, easy, and enjoyable.
We have visited many dealerships across the UK while helping friends and family purchase cars, but honestly, we have never come across a team like this before.
A special mention also to the manager, Sam, who was absolutely incredible. Both Ronan and Sam were genuinely kind, approachable, and very supportive. Their customer service was outstanding, and you can really see how much they care about their customers.

I'd recommend Norton Way Mazda Letchworth to a friend because the sales team was polite, quick and efficient in processing sales. I didn't had the time to go through every bits and test drive because I had to return to the office. Josh was able to commuicate everything i need to know, push through my credit check and got me my car. I love the Mazda CX 30, the interior and smooth drive. Only issues I didnt realize on time, it has a small trunk for luggages and my baby carrier.
It was a beautiful buy and a nice experience, thanks Josh and the entire sales team.

Norton Way Mazda Letchworth staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. I dealt with Leigh who was extremely helpful and honest, there was no pushy sales and I was allowed to take my time looking over the vehicle (Mazda 3).
