Come to service my girlfriend car in this garage. Never a problem years before 2025. Only one guy helpful was Daniz but didnt see him when I visit in December. Lots of time wasting and manager always in meetings and unfeiendly when speaking on phone!! Problem not gone but I will not be back to your garage sorry.

I need to share honest experience with Nortan way Mazda I brought cx 5 from Nortan way Mazda , after few months I got issue with battery and another Mazda dealer said that wrong battery fitted in the car , I contacted Nortan way and end of the day they refund me battery cost but I lost 2 days for this issue which was very frustrating, second time when I went for service dealer said it’s required major service because service not happened last time and when I asked to Nortan way Mazda during the deal they said they have done full service, but they are lying. Recently I asked to Nortan way Mazda for same car valuation and they offered me 5K less within 10 months and when I said you make lots of money on this car and they said ohh we have done service before sell this car to you.
Really I am not happy with Nortan way Mazda .

I have been a Mazda driver for 20 years and I recently converted my wife into owning a Mazda.
So, when it became time to upgrade my old Mazda to a much newer car, we were clearly going to choose a Mazda. We eventually decided to look for a CX-3.
We found, what seemed to be a good one at Norton Way, and made an appointment with Josh to look at it and take it for a test drive. Josh was extremely professional and very friendly all the way through the whole negotiating process and again upon our return to pick the car up.
He is a credit to the sales team at Norton Way.

I came to this garage hoping to buy either the Mazda 3 or Mazda CX-30. I came in on a whim, and managed to get a meeting with Josh. He was super friendly and down to earth from the start, and I left the same day having bought my perfect car!
There were a few teething issues in the shop (none of it Josh’s fault) but the service he provided to sort everything for me was exceptional.
Overall, I’m loving my car, and can see myself owning a Mazda for a long time!
Thanks to Mazda and Josh for such a great car buying experience.

Just picked up my Mazda 2 from Norton Way this morning. My family have always bought their cars from Norton Way for generations and the customer service has always been outstanding. So it was only right that my first ever car was bought here as well. Ronan was absolutely fantastic in finding the best deal. His relaxed and professional approach made the purchase completely stress free. He explained everything incredibly clearly, made note of our concerns and fully rectified very minor bodywork issues that we initially spotted on the car. Overall, outstanding service as always and would highly recommend to anyone.

Exceptional 5-Star Service from Ronan!
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Mazda Letchworth, and it was all thanks to Ronan. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
He listened to exactly what I needed, answered all of my questions with patience, and explained everything clearly. There was absolutely no pressure, which made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about providing the best possible customer service.
If you're visiting Mazda in Letchworth, I highly recommend seeking Ronan out. He's a true asset to the team and made my day. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Avoid at All CostsA Truly Regrettable Experience
The only thing I trust about this garage is never using them again!
My biggest mistake was accepting my car when I first purchased it. A brand new vehicle was handed over with dents, scratches, and badly damaged alloys. I spent three weeks without my car while they attempted to rectify the issues.
Over the five years I’ve owned the car, the customer service has been consistently poor.
To make matters worse, when I called to book the appointment a couple of weeks ago, I was told I hadn’t even purchased my car from them—despite having done so.
Most recently, I was told the TCU unit needed replacing—on a car that’s only five years old. I questioned why such a fault would occur at this stage and asked for the unit to be disabled. The staff member said she’d speak to her manager and have someone call me.
Instead, she called back the next day to say no one could help me further—even after I stated I wanted to make a complaint as Mazda UK had stated it is for the garage to disable the unit on my request. This kind of dismissive and unprofessional behaviour is appalling.
My one word of advice: never deal with this garage in any capacity.

I've just bought a used Mazda from Norton Way Mazda. Amelia was excellent from arranging the test drive to handing over the car. The interactions with other staff were also professional and it is great to come across a business where customer service seems to be the focus from everyone you meet. A great experience and both Amelia and the business are highly recommended.

Friendly, professional and extremely helpful team at Norton Way Mazda with excellent deals and solid cars. Josh, Amelia and Sam are all brilliant and could not help enough!
We had a lot of questions when recently looking for a new car and the Norton Way Team were so helpful. They went above and beyond to help us at a difficult time as well, arranging for us to borrow one of their cars for a week so we were not car-less before picking up our new one. From providing hot chocolates for our girls to answering my 101 questions and helping to make the whole process smooth and convenient for us, they were brilliant and we would recommend Norton Way Mazda to anyone looking for a new car. I had a fantastic experience with Amelia from the sales team at Norton Way Mazda. We turned up on a Sunday morning after reserving a car via Mazda's website, even though we hadn’t booked an appointment. Amelia was incredibly welcoming and took the time to sit us down to understand what we were looking for. Within 15 minutes, we were offered a test drive. At no point did we feel rushed. The whole process was smooth and relaxed.
The handover of the car was just as impressive. The paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently, and Amelia made sure everything was explained clearly. A couple of days after we picked up the car, she reached out to check that we were happy and to see if we had any questions.
This level of care and service really stood out to me. It’s the reason I now prefer to use Norton Way Mazda for servicing as well, even though there are more convenient options closer to home. It’s worth the extra hour’s drive for the experience.

I paid £643 total for my last service on 8 August 2025 and also raised a warranty claim for my infotainment screen delamination. I am still covered by the Mazda used car warranty. Norton Way Mazda submitted my requestbut then nothing.
After more than a month of silence, I called the Mazda warranty hotline directly. They confirmed they had already replied to Norton Way Mazda on 14 August 2025. Yet Norton Way Mazda never contacted me and my case has completely disappeared into a black hole.
Even when I phoned the service department myself, a service advisor named Josh promised to call me back. That call never came either.
I deeply regret trusting them with my car. They were quick to take £643 in service fees, but have failed to deliver even the most basic communication or customer care regarding my warranty claim.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Norton Way Mazda to anyone.

Have used Norton Way Mazda since 2013 for both sales and service and cannot compliment them enough. I apologise for not reviewing before - I know these reviews are encouraged - as you would have had 13 5-star reviews by now! Particular shout out for Ben in workshop control and Ed the tech who were excellent in dealing with my first Mazda breakdown last week (didn’t think Mazdas did breakdownand had me back on the road in 3 days. Top service and customer care! Credit where it is due!
