How to Enter the BYD Back2School Raffle

Entering couldn’t be simpler:

1. Book a test drive at a GMG BYD location.
2. Visit us on Saturday 15th or Sunday 16th August 2026.
3. Complete your booked BYD test drive.
4. We’ll enter your qualifying test drive into our Back2School Raffle for the chance to win a £150 voucher towards school essentials.

Test drive appointments are subject to availability, so we recommend booking early to secure your preferred time.

BOOK YOUR TEST DRIVE

• Promoter: The promotion is operated by Grainger Motor Group (“the Promoter”) through participating Grainger BYD locations.
• Eligibility: The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
• Promotional Period: The promotion is valid for qualifying BYD test drives completed on Saturday 15th August 2026 and Sunday 16th August 2026 during the normal opening hours of the participating Grainger Motor Group BYD location.
• How to Enter: To enter, eligible participants must book and complete a qualifying BYD test drive at a participating Grainger Motor Group BYD location during the Promotional Period.
• No Purchase Necessary: No vehicle purchase is necessary to enter the raffle. Entry is conditional upon completing a qualifying test drive during the Promotional Period.
• Driving Requirements: Test drives are subject to vehicle availability and the Promoter’s standard test drive requirements. Drivers must hold a valid driving licence and meet any applicable insurance and eligibility requirements. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse a test drive where these requirements are not met.
• Entry Limit: Maximum one raffle entry per eligible person during the Promotional Period, regardless of the number of vehicles test driven or appointments completed.
• Prize: The prize is a £150 voucher towards school essentials. The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered. Any additional conditions or expiry dates imposed by the voucher provider will also apply.
• Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
• Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted using the contact details supplied when booking or completing their test drive. The winner will be notified within 14 days of the end of the Promotional Period.
• Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond to the Promoter within a reasonable period specified in the winner notification. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated period, is found to be ineligible or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
• Availability: Test drive appointments and demonstrator vehicles are subject to availability. Booking a test drive does not guarantee an appointment unless confirmed by the relevant Grainger Motor Group BYD location.
• Incomplete or Cancelled Test Drives: A booking alone does not constitute an entry. Participants must complete their qualifying test drive during the Promotional Period to be entered into the raffle.
• Verification: The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify entries that it reasonably believes are fraudulent, incomplete, duplicated or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Changes or Cancellation: The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable, subject to applicable law.
• Data Protection: Personal information provided in connection with the promotion will be processed for the purposes of administering the promotion, including contacting the winner, in accordance with the Promoter’s applicable privacy policy. Any marketing communications will be subject to the entrant’s marketing preferences and applicable data protection law.
• General: The Promoter’s decision regarding the administration of the promotion and selection of the winner is final, subject to applicable law.
• Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights entrants may have as consumers.
