Picked my BYD about few weeks ago. Michal Czidziel was amazing throughout the whole process. Explained everything with a lot of patience and assisted with every step. Amazing customer service. Will definitely recommend! Shay was great when taking the handover. Very happy with everything!

The team were extremely helpful and kind in the process of me buying my first car, especially Maisie, who came to my area so I can do a test drive, and giving me an amazing and exciting handover experience, as well as fully informing me about how to use the car. My friend and I both bought our BYD cars from Mantles BYD Royston and we had a great experience there. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Nayem, James, Michal and Luke were all very helpful and patiently explained everything to us.
A special thank you to Shuey, the owner, who is incredibly friendly and went out of his way to help us with the part exchange of our old cars, which we really appreciated.
Overall, it was a really positive and enjoyable experience, and we’re both absolutely delighted with our new cars. We would happily recommend Mantles BYD Royston to anyone looking for great service and a friendly, professional team.

i purchased a car from here after doing so the car was giving me problems, i tried to contact the sellers and they weren’t giving adequate response they kept putting me on hold and saying they were going to call me. ack and haven’t done that. very bad experience wouldn’t recommend anyone buying a car from here at all

Dont buy a car from this company there after sales is shocking and they cover things up , we brought a car from this company and is now showing signs of water damage we reported this from day one but soon as they got paid they didn’t want to know us blanking emails telling us just because the sat nav and sos light has stop working the car is still mechanically ok and drives fine . Absolutely shocking from this dealer . Never returning calls managers are always in meetings so we are have to take legal action.
Be very very careful when buying from here try all the tricks not to refund you .

Just like to say that I just recently purchased a Atto 3 from this branch and had the pleasure with completing the full sale with Luke who I found to be an asset to this business, all the team on the day were noted to be excellent and welcoming but a special mention to Luke for going through every aspect of the sale and aftercare which is great to see. Recently brought a part x Mercedes cla250 from here. When arriving you le greeted by a robot which kept the kids entertained. Offered a drink straight away for the kids . Staff are honestly lovely, we delt with James and Luke both very helpful and go above and beyond to help you, always keeping you up to date , very upfront and honest. Love the car . As it was a part x that come in anything that needed doing on the car brakes ect was done so it gives you reassurance when putting your children in the car. A lot of dodgy car dealers out there . But luke and James really make the whole car buying experience easyier . would definitely buy a car from here again.
