Tom was a great salesman who knows his stuff, kept us at ease throughout the process and was very honest with feedback we gave him, a great credit to the company and valued salesman. We have just purchased a second-hand VW with Muadh's help from BYD Royston and it could not have been a smoother process. He was always quick to respond to our questions, and they were happy to sort minor issues with the car that we identified during our viewing. What an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish!
Michal went above and beyond throughout the purchase of my Vauxhall Mokka. From our very first phone conversation, I knew I was in good hands. I called on a Saturday at around 3pm, knowing they closed at 5pm, and when I arrived the car was already waiting out front for me.
From the moment I met Michal, I felt completely at ease. There was no pressure, no hard sell, and no rushing me into a decision. He genuinely wanted to make sure the car was right for me, which made the whole experience so enjoyable.
From viewing the car on Saturday to collecting it on Thursday, everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with great communication throughout. Michal couldn’t have been more helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mantles BYD to anyone looking for a new car, and I’ll definitely be considering them again when it’s time for my next one—especially if Michal is still there! A true gentleman and a real credit to the team at Mantles.

I'd definitely recommend Mantles BYD and Used Cars Royston because I was given a great customer service by the gentle man called Michal Cizdziel. he was professional all the way from when i requested more information about the car up to when i was handed the car keys. Michal made a follow up call to confirm whether I was satisfied with the information i received and offered more explanation about the condition of the car. Michal was very detailed in our converstaion and always request i let him know if I needed more help or clarification. Especially when there could have been aon the initial hand over day due to some minor scratch damage, Michal ensured the original hand over date was kept by liaising internally with his colleagues, manager, and their body work contractors to finish the Job to meet up with their service promise date. I find these qualities very customer friendly and customer first behaviour, and will recommend Mantles BYD and Used Cars Royston to friends and family member.

It has a wonderful experience of buying the car, right from the first phone call to taking the car off their hands. The car needed a bit more TLC and they were amazingly accommodating for those works. The customer service was amazing and Jamie has been brilliant and made the process stress free and smooth transfer of ownership.

Visited as interested for a company car purchase. I Emailed Nayem a few days later for a quote - but no response. Emailed the generic branch email - again, no response. Ended up going to BYD st. Neots who couldn't be any quicker and easier to deal with.

I really can not say enough good things about the service I received from the team at BYD Royston. Firstly the sale which was smooth and painless and so clearly explained by Maisie. She communicated promptly with me and ensured everything was in place so I could drive away on the day as I live out if area. She was really informative, helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, there were a couple minors issues that developed soon after I drove away but the staff were great in getting the car back in withoutto resolve the matters. A big thank you to Shah, the sales manager, who made the process quick and avoided causing an inconvenience to myself. I would also like to say thank you to Connor, like everyone he was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Everyone I have spoken to has been very pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend if you are looking to by a car.

Great company, I saw a used car on their website, only thought they had BYD’s but saw a VW there. Made an enquiry online, got a call back and arranged to walk across and have a look. Was looked after by Michal who was really good. If you are buying a used car you get looked after same as if you are buying a new car. Michals working days got changed because of the Bank holiday but he came in just for us so we could pick up the car. What great service.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Mantles BYD in Royston, and I would like to thank Tom for the excellent service throughout the whole process.
Tom was professional, helpful, and patient from the very beginning. He spent time showing me the different vehicles available in the dealership that might suit my needs, and even arranged test drives to help me make the right decision without any pressure.
He kept everything on schedule exactly as promised and made sure that all the agreed work on the vehicle was completed before collection. He even went above and beyond my expectations to ensure everything was perfect.

final uodate - they failed to repair the car and it came back with more defects we in effect had no car for 2 months we got every penny back plus compensation from the finance company.
UPDATE : 3 weeks on car is stuck at mantles,they can't and / or dont know how to they wouls rather sking the car & unwind the finance messing me about instead of repairing these very simple issues.
bought a used mercedes e class top spec from here , after purchase several large issues appeared on the carpaying 14,400 for a car just to have the rear suspension fail the windows fail lots of interior accesories missing and wheel vibrations is just ridiculous.
they are actively ignoring the emails and is now with black horse finance who will pursue it.
this review is for mantles byd royston used car sales - michal & James Ali have been the ones actively not dealing with the issue
