BYD Assistance Cover
BYD assistance is valid for the following periods from the date of delivery:
- EV Customers: : 24months + 24 months
- DM Customers (Hybrid): 24months 12months +12months
Assistance is provided when eligible events happen. “Eligible Events” means the driver of the Vehicle is not allowed to continue driving as a result of a breakdown, accident, theft attempt, or fire.
