Competition: Guess the Number of Balls in the Car and Win a Signed Arsenal Shirt

These terms and conditions apply to the “Guess the Number of Balls” competition being run by Norton Way Honda and GMG OMODA | JAECOO.

1. Eligibility

1.1. The competition is open to customers and visitors aged 18 years or over.

1.2. The competition is open to entries made at Norton Way Honda and GMG OMODA | JAECOO only.

1.3. Employees of Norton Way Honda, GMG OMODA | JAECOO, their associated companies, and anyone professionally connected with the competition, together with their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

2.1. Participants must guess the total number of balls contained within the vehicle displayed at either participating dealership.

2.2. There will be two vehicles, one located at Norton Way Honda and one at GMG OMODA | JAECOO.

2.3. Both vehicles will contain exactly the same number of balls. Therefore, the correct answer is the same regardless of which dealership a participant enters at.

2.4. Participants may enter the competition at either Norton Way Honda or GMG OMODA | JAECOO.

2.5. This is one competition, not a separate competition at each dealership. All valid entries received at both locations will be combined into one prize draw.

2.6. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries made by the same individual will be disqualified.

2.7. Entries must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided at the participating dealership.

3. Closing Date

3.1. The closing date and time for entries is Sunday 20 September 2026 at 5:00pm.

3.2. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be eligible and will not be included in the prize draw.

3.3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, ##ed, incomplete or otherwise not received before the closing date.

4. The Prize

4.1. One winner will receive one signed Arsenal football shirt.

4.2. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

4.3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

5. Winner Selection and Closest Guess Provision

5.1. The winner will be selected from all eligible entries received at both Norton Way Honda and GMG OMODA | JAECOO.

5.2. The winner will be selected during the week commencing Monday 28 September 2026.

5.3. If one or more participants correctly guess the exact number of balls, the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries that correctly guessed the exact number.

5.4. If no participant correctly guesses the exact number of balls, the prize will be awarded to the participant whose guess is closest to the actual number of balls.

5.5. If two or more participants are equally close to the actual number of balls, the winner will be selected at random from those participants whose guesses are equally closest.

5.6. All eligible entries from both participating dealerships will be treated as part of the same competition. The winner may therefore have entered at either Norton Way Honda or GMG OMODA | JAECOO.

5.7. The actual number of balls will be verified by the Promoter following the closing date and before the winner is selected.

5.8. The Promoter's decision regarding the administration of the competition, the validity of entries, the correct number of balls and the selection of the winner is final, subject to applicable law.

6. Contacting the Winner

6.1. The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided when entering the competition.

6.2. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the first attempt to contact them, or if they are unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

6.3. The winner may be asked to provide reasonable proof of identity and/or eligibility before the prize is released.

7. General

7.1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

7.2. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it considers to be incomplete, fraudulent, illegible, duplicated, or otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions.

7.3. By entering the competition, participants confirm that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

7.4. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Arsenal Football Club, unless expressly stated otherwise. The Arsenal shirt is offered as the competition prize only.

8. Promoter

The competition is jointly promoted by Norton Way Honda and GMG OMODA | JAECOO.
