  My wife was quoted £78 to have the lock and wheel nuts changed on 4 tyres. When I took the car in to have the work done, I was charged £128 (I didn’t know the original price), it wasn’t until my wife rang back, did they refund us the difference! I wouldn’t want this happening to anybody vulnerable.

  I recently bought a new car from mantles Kia in Royston, and I had an excellent experience. The customer service was outstanding, I especially want to thank Corner and Luke for all their help. Luke was amazing throughout the entire process. He gave me great advice, explained all my options, and helped me with the financing. They made everything easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated their professionalism and support. I'm very happy with my new car and the service I received.   Tom was a great salesman who knows his stuff, kept us at ease throughout the process and was very honest with feedback we gave him, a great credit to the company and valued salesman.   I picked up my new Kia Sportage yesterday, and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Frankie for making the whole experience so easy. From the first time I walked into the dealership, Frankie was friendly, approachable and never made me feel under any pressure. I had loads of questions, especially as this is my first automatic and my first hybrid, but nothing was ever too much trouble. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand, and I left feeling really confident. The communication from start to finish was brilliant. I was kept updated throughout, and collection day went exactly as planned. The car looked amazing when I arrived, and it was clear that a lot of care had gone into getting everything ready. What really stood out was how genuine and helpful Frankie was. It never felt like I was being "sold" a car. Instead, it felt like someone was taking the time to make sure I was happy and getting the right car for me, which made such a difference. I honestly couldn't be happier with both the service I received and my new car. If you're thinking about buying a car, I'd definitely recommend Mantles in Royston, and if you can, ask for Frankie. Thanks again for making the whole experience such a positive one.

  The Kia team were welcoming from the moment I walked into the showroom, listening and helping suggest the best models before arranging a test drive so I could get a feel for the car. As I'd been with another car manufacturer for the last 20 years, switching brands was a massive step for me as I decided to move to a fully electric car, so feeling comfortable and confident with Kia and their service was a really big deal. The finance options were explained clearly, as well as the additional care options, and email follow-up was friendly. The team took great care of me during the purchase process, with Steve regularly keeping me updated on the expected arrival date of my new car. On the day I part-exchanged my old vehicle for my new EV3, the process was explained well and the paperwork was all handled efficiently. The team even did a proper car reveal and video that they sent to me later. This was followed by a comprehensive walkthrough of the car's many features, delivered by their resident Kia Genius, Paul. He has deservedly won many awards for his excellent service (and even manages to teach the other experts a thing or two from time to timeThere was quite a lot of tech to take in, but I know I can reach out to them again if I need any more help. I’ve really enjoyed driving my EV3 so far and am very grateful to Mantles Kia Royston for their amazing service - they really went above and beyond. Thank you.

  Great customer service. Took my car in for a basic service and they did everything to a top standard, for the couple recommended pieces on the health check of the car, they gave excellent advice on the issues and didn't try to gouge more money when it wasn't required workwhich is a fresh experience from other Mazda dealers I've been to in the past! Will be taking my car here in the future :)
