Absolutely brilliant. Tyrese is fantastic. Went above and beyond, even coming in on his day off for collection that worked for me.
Friendly, helpful service with a smile. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be back to see him again in the future for a car for my husband.

Picked my BYD about few weeks ago. Michal Czidziel was amazing throughout the whole process. Explained everything with a lot of patience and assisted with every step. Amazing customer service. Will definitely recommend! Shay was great when taking the handover. Very happy with everything!

The team were extremely helpful and kind in the process of me buying my first car, especially Maisie, who came to my area so I can do a test drive, and giving me an amazing and exciting handover experience, as well as fully informing me about how to use the car. What a fantastic team at Mantles in Royston! All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming when we arrived. We had Rob help us from start to finish when buying our new Kia. He was very informative, answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. Rob went through everything the car could do and was very patient. Rob took us on a test drive and I didn’t feel rushed at all. He explained all the basics and more about the car. We absolutely loved everything about the Sportage, we eventually decided to buy a newer model and couldn’t be happier.
We would also like to thank Mo, Paul and Riaz who were so friendly and helpful.
I would recommend Mantles in Royston to anyone who was looking at buying a new car.

What can I say?! Rob took care of us extremely well! We went to Kia Royston only to test drive a Sportage and Rob managed to close a deal with us. Rob and the rest of the team are very accommodating as soon as you walk through the door and all very professional. We were recommended by my brother to visit Mantles as he also recently purchased a Sportage. I would also pass on this recommendation!!

I recently purchased a 2nd hand Sportage from Mantles Kia. The customer service was excellent from the start, initially from Mo and then with Robert. They facilitated a 2nd test drive to make certain I got the best fit for me between 2 cars they had in stock.
Pick up with Robert was very smooth, completing the paperwork efficiently and going through many of the cars features with me.
Hopefully this is the start of a trusting and positive relationship going forward with the service teams as well as the sales.

My friend and I both bought our BYD cars from Mantles BYD Royston and we had a great experience there. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Nayem, James, Michal and Luke were all very helpful and patiently explained everything to us.
A special thank you to Shuey, the owner, who is incredibly friendly and went out of his way to help us with the part exchange of our old cars, which we really appreciated.
Overall, it was a really positive and enjoyable experience, and we’re both absolutely delighted with our new cars. We would happily recommend Mantles BYD Royston to anyone looking for great service and a friendly, professional team.

Come to service my girlfriend car in this garage. Never a problem years before 2025. Only one guy helpful was Daniz but didnt see him when I visit in December. Lots of time wasting and manager always in meetings and unfeiendly when speaking on phone!! Problem not gone but I will not be back to your garage sorry.
