I had a very poor experience purchasing a second-hand vehicle at this dealership. I was given a date as to when my vehicle would be ready so I bought my train ticket only to be told a few hours before that it would not be ready. I therefore didn't have enough time to get a refund on the train ticket. The salesperson was aware of this. Secondly I was asked for a review but was unable to submit however much I tried the computer system would not let me submit a negative review. Thirdly I was not made aware of the rust patches on the roof nor the lack of paint around the window. Fourth 10 minutes into the journey after pick up my vehicle the tyre inflation warning light came on. There is no puncture in the tyre so I assume it is either a faulty valve or poor seal around the edge. Because of the length of time Norton Honda had the vehicle they must have know about this fault and pumped up the tyre just before the hand over. I also became suspicious about the previous history of the car because the dealer had forgotten to clear the history from the navigation system. The last log was for a motor circuit so I became suspicious as to whether the vehicle had been used on a "Drive your own car track day" which may be a good explanation to the excessive number of stone chips in the paintwork. A truely disappointing experience with Norton Way Honda.

Excellent service from Norton Way Group.
I bought my car here and have happily returned for nearly ten years, for servicing and MOTs.
Staff are friendly and helpful, I waited in their comfortable area for clients and had free tea (or coffee available). The car has been cleaned, as well as serviced/ undergone MOT.

I have a very packed schedule and he was very proactive, working around my availability and using remote / online facilties to accommodate my needs.

Sold a used HRV by Leedan, he has a laid back, easy sales style. No pushy sales pitch. The whole transaction from test drive to negotiation to filling out all the paperwork was hassle free. All questions were answered without any hassle. I have bought and maintained my Hondas with Norton way for years now and absolutely trust their safety and quality with used cars. When the time comes for another car (which will be years away, because of quality and longevity of the cars), it will be them I return to. As a woman buying a car I must say I am impressed once again to not being treated as the weaker sex.

I came to buy a used Hybrid Jazz and found Kane was really helpful from beginning to end and not pushy.
Having listened carefully to my requirements Kane directed me to one of several models available.
First I asked Kane to drive the car and give me a running commentary on how it coped with a variety of roads and situations.
I then had a test drive alone and knew this was the car for me.
After pleasant and fair negotiations, I drove that Jazz home 4 days later !

3 months ago we purchased a 2023 Honda Civic from Norton Way. We were initially concerned about purchasing a relatively high value used car from a place we didn’t know which was 100km away but with hindsight, we didn’t need to worry.
Kane represented Norton Way Honda. He communicated promptly and effectively at every stage. He was professional while being friendly and engaging. Crucially, he promoted trust in Norton Way Honda.
We have three service packs as part of the purchase. It will be interesting to see if Norton Way are able to maintain their high standards over the next couple of years. Through Kane, they have set a high bar.
