From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcome. They offered water to me and my children and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. Daniel and the team suggested taking a technician with me on a test drive so they could hear the noise for themselves. After around 10 minutes of driving, we managed to reproduce the sound. Straight away, the technician identified the issue and explained that the brakes needed cleaning and lubrication. They carried out the work, and the noise was completely gone. I drove home so happy and relieved. After months of worry, the issue was finally fixed by a team that listened and genuinely cared. Approximately a month ago I was experiencing electrical issues with my Honda Civic which led me to reach out to the Letchworth dealership as my local Honda branch had no available bookins. The dealership was very helpful in arranging a day for my car to be towed to the dealership and I quickly received a call with the diagnosis and a quote for the repairs. Sold a used HRV by Leedan, he has a laid back, easy sales style. No pushy sales pitch. The whole transaction from test drive to negotiation to filling out all the paperwork was hassle free. All questions were answered without any hassle. I have bought and maintained my Hondas with Norton way for years now and absolutely trust their safety and quality with used cars. When the time comes for another car (which will be years away, because of quality and longevity of the cars), it will be them I return to. As a woman buying a car I must say I am impressed once again to not being treated as the weaker sex.

We only visited by chance as Toyota next door had messed up and we were considering our options. I travelled down to Letchworth to buy a used BMW from Norton Way Honda. I had spoken to Mark Multiple times on the phone and he communicated excellently well regarding everything to do with the car. I had also spoken to Wayne, who agreed to extended the reservation as I couldn’t get to Letchworth for around a week, which was excellent. Once I was happy with the car I also dealt with Katie who was very personable and did a great job of finalising all the details. Kane Hopwood provided a smooth and professional service from start to finish. On first contact, he answered all my questions and sent me a detailed video of the exterior and interior of the car. Took the car for a thorough test drive (2 hours). I was happy with everything expect a small dent and couple of obvious scratches on the driver door. Kane said they would repair this free of charge. I was delighted to say the least. The day I came to pick up, the repairs hadn’t been completed it. This wasn’t Kanes fault. There had been a mix up with the body shop. Kane sorted it, sent me a video to confirm the repairs had been completed and I collected the vehicle 4 days later. Have owned for 2 weeks now. So far, so good.

Wonderful experience today! Popped in having seen a vehicle online met with complete professionalism and courtesy. Viewed the car and was then offered a test drive. Went on the longest test drive I have ever had which meant I could get a good feel for the car. Decided to buy the car and was then even offered a free home delivery service. I live in Scotland and saw a car I liked in Nortons Way Honda in Letchworth Garden City I received excellent customer service from the salesman Michael George. He sent me video of car and when I explained I would need delivery to Cheshire that week he offered to get it delivered for me, although all drivers were really busy he pulled out all the stops and got my car to me . He kept me updated and sent all docs for me to sign . One day I called and was advised Michael was doing a handover and could they help, they answered my questions so I didn’t have to wait for a callback. I ultimately decided not to buy from Norton Way as I received a better deal on a similar bike I was looking at elsewhere, but the service I received in that time was prompt and professional. Brett was accommodating and patient throughout the process of arranging a viewing and part exchange evaluation, and made me feel very much at home. I have left four stars rather than five as I experienced some ##s in the return of my reservation deposit after deciding not to purchase the bike - it took about a week and a half for this to be actioned. Around the time I requested the refund, I believe the bike was no longer listed on the site, which I still find rather odd - I would have thought that the vehicle would at least be held until the reservation was refunded? Despite these difficulties, service was overall good, and I will certainly consider Norton Way for future motorcycle purchases and services.

Great customer service my Honda cl500 needed warranty repair work done called up booked it in, got a date the next week from the call to bring it down left there all day came back to bike that had been repaired at no cost to me covered under no warranty with no stress, didn’t even need to show my warranty card or anything which was nice as I didn’t update ownership on their system or anything

Recently had the window alignment fixed on my nsx Then I had the rocker cover gaskets replaced. Both jobs were perfect and they even replaced the side light bulbs Best of all they kept me informed throughout which is important if you own an immaculate nsx. Really recommend them especially for their people.

Honda as always have a selection of great and reliable vehicles, but this time our experience was enhanced by a very new sales person, Katie Hodgkinson. We booked an appointment to discuss buying a Jazz, having had two Honda's from Norton Way before. Our appointment with Katie Hodgkinson was pleasant and informative. Where she was unable to answer queries she sought other colleagues to help resulting in all the information we needed. Three days later! We have a two year old Jazz in our drive! It is really refreshing to find company which is such a joy to do business with. Particularly praiseworthy are Daniel in servicing and Krish in sales. Initially we went to Norton Way because our 2008 FRV needed a new radiator and the independent garage we usually use was unable to source a part. Norton Way were able to get the part in only a couple of days. My original idea was to go back to the independent garage to get the work done, however, they were unsure how long the job would take so how much it would cost. Daniel was able to give an exact price for the job which seemed surprisingly reasonable, I had assumed a dealer would be more expensive. Unfortunately, after changing the radiator another problem came up with an engine management light coming on. Daniel was incredibly helpful, he is obviously very knowledgable and knows Honda's vehicles extremely well. Although we had had the FRV repaired we decided that it was probably time to get a newer car and Daniel put us on to Krishan Patel in sales. We knew we wanted a newer car but we weren't sure whether to go for a Honda Assured Used car or a new car, or even which model to go for. Krish was very helpful and patient explaining all our options to us. What I particularly appreciated was that, even when the possibility of buying a new car was talked about Krish never resorted 'Hard Sell', always leaving the decision to us. When we did eventually buy a new HRV Krish was very efficient and helpful with the paperwork.

We dropped in on a Monday morning to buy a new Honda Civic and were surprised at how busy the showroom was. Katie Hodginson, a new trainee, was the only sales advisor who was free. She was confident with a good knowledge of the car and the sales bureaucracy. I spent a lot of time and effort looking for a new car to replace my Qashqai and had a lot of different experiences dealing with car sales men, not all good I have to say. I met Charlie Benson at Norton Way Honda Letchworth who made the whole process of buying a new car a joy, there was no high pressure selling and I actually ended up buying a car £11K less than what I was expecting to pay. I was looking at the new model CRV Advance but bought the CRV EX which was the model being phased out, Charlie's response was he was happy that I ended up with a car and deal that suited me. I bought probably one of the last Honda CRV's EX models in the country and when I shook on the deal the other day I actually offered to buy him a pint, I was so pleased. If you are looking to buy a Honda, I would highly recommend that you call into Norton Way and ask to speak to Charlie.

I found Norton Way very well organised, everyone from the sales manager to the receptionist was experienced and helpful. I brought my CRV with help from Sayf Essa. He is very knowledgeable and was very patient! I had a lot of questions before and after the purchase. Nothing was too much trouble, he made the whole process straightforward and always replied in a friendly and swift manner to my messages.

We live quite a distance from Norton Honda, but whilst researching to replace my partners work car, found them through Autotrader where their prices were very competitive. After an initial phone call and quick follow up quote from Mark Meredith, we were reassured and made the journey up to them to buy a new car. The service so far has been super efficient, professional, completely transparent and friendly which made placing an order quick, stress free and easy. We had become a little jaded with some other dealers and manufacturers up to this point refusing to give us clear bottom line pricing. Brilliant service and you feel very welcome. My car has had a few problems so i thought i would go down to the honda dealership to see what they had. I parked up and looked around the car lot not really sure what sort of car i was looking for just knew i needed to buy a new one soon. I only managed to look around a couple of cars before one of their sales reps came out to see if i needed any help, his name was charlie and he was brilliant. I told him straight from the get go that i would not be buying a car but more i was trying to get an idea as i was planning to buy soon. He showed me around a few cars and talked me through what i needed out of a car and we had decided on what car was going to be best for me so he took me inside talked me through pricing on new and used options then took me on a test drive. He definitely mentally sold me on the car i just was not in a possition to buy there and then unfortunately but i would highly recommend this dealership. Everyone there was quick to greet me when i walked in and all smiles.

Back in October 2022 I walked into Norton way Honda in need of a car for work but not having a clue what I was after as I don’t know much about cars. I met with a Sales guy called Charlie who helped me every step of the way, answered any questions I had & didn’t make me feel silly for asking! This is a great dealership for motorcycles. What does that mean? Well, Like most things in life it's about the people, the Staff. The show room is lovely you would expect that, however its the people in there that make the difference and in here they excel. Mark with whom I have dealt with now on a couple of occasions (among others) is a knowledgeable, engaging, non pushy, Brilliantly helpful Gentleman. I can not recommend this well stocked, well kept and brilliantly well staffed place enough.

Helpful and friendly service, the dealership is easy to access from the rail station and has a cafe serving a range of hot and cold drinks and snacks if you're feeling hungry whilst searching for a car. Straightforward to buy from here with usual dealership facilities. Pricing of the vehicles is competitive and worth travelling out of central London for to get a bargain.

My experience with this dealership was simply superb!! From reception to management. The sales team is professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pushed into anything but I was aware of my options. Sayf (the sales gentleman whom sold me my car) kept me informed and updated on everything, making me comfortable and able to manage my time effectively. Everyone was polite and helpful even if the sale wasn’t theirs (team work!) I had a very different experience with another dealer.. hence why I cannot recommend this Honda dealer enough. Having purchased a used petrol Mazda CX-5 from a dealer in Essex 5 weeks ago which was a big mistake on my part as previously owned a Honda CRV diesel & there is no comparison between the two vehicles , I decided to go back to a Honda CRV Petrol ,I wanted a Black car & there weren’t many EX automatics for sale , I saw Norton Way had a couple for sale , I contacted them spoke to Mark Meredith asked him for a cost to change & arranged to travel there from the South coast approx 270 mile round trip to view the cars , we had a bit of a negotiation & struck a deal , I collected the car on the 3rd March the car was immaculately prepared exactly as promised. The personal service I received from Mark was first class & would have no hesitation to recommend Norton Way as the place to go when you want to change your car .

Norton Way Honda in Letchworth are helpful, courteous and non-pressuring (including when I viewed a car for sale). Most of all, the service they carried out on the car, shortly after I had bought it, was complete and covered all the points that I raised. It also went over and beyond what I expected, by offering me a courtesy car (something I didn't expect) and replacing the discs and brake pads free of charge, despite only being half-worn. Shauni looked after the process and was helpful in every aspect. My only small concerns were that the Chiswick based dealership (part of the same network) didn't always seem to be on the same page as the Letchworth one. Likewise, couldn't the issues that were sorted out by Letchworth have been noticed and rectified by Chiswick who sold me the car? However they did help me sell my older car for which I am grateful.

Rang Simon who immediately offered a test drive for a golf which went well then discussed and negotiated with Chris with no BS. No pushy tactics and a very smooth process. I purchased a car by just looking at am Auto Trader advert. Three things that stand out for me here. 1. The non pressured environment helping one make a considered decision. 2. The car was as advertised , all dealer service history, accurate pictures and a video 3. Couldn't be happier with Norton Way Honda. Saved the day and got my Africa Twin back on the road very fast considering it was recovered to the workshop without a booking. Thanks to everyone involved for squeezing it in, diagnosing the fault, and repairing it for a very reasonable price. No issues on the ride home. The only disappointment is I'm not in your area to use you again for servicing etc. But that can't be helped. Had an accident and was given a HONDA loan bike (my own is a YAMAHA). Said HONDA promptly picked up a flat tyre/puncture - I just happened to be passing NWH and pulled in to ask the workshop for air! Nice gentleman checked it and also held the bike so I could locate the offending stone! I was able to book the bike in to see if it could be repaired/replaced straightaway and then they let me leave the bike there and then. They didn't even mind that I located my own tyre and the fitting didn't break the bank. Given that I'd already had an accident the whole thing could've been a pain - but it wasn't! Overall, very helpful, supportive and friendly staff - thank you.

Nothing was too much trouble for her and Its clearly obvious why she has been with Norton Way Honda for a long time. Initially Julia had to compete and improve her offer on a number of occasions despite her initial offer being fairly competitive. Julia worked the hardest of all the dealers to please the customer, listened closely to satisfy the customers needs and make the deal work for both of us. . There was no pushy hard selling of extras like eg insurance etc, that is advertised in the literature anyway if you want it. I sat in my living room on a remote Scottish Island and ordered the car that I wanted at a competitive price. This is definitely the way forward for the car industry to reach out to potential remote customers Who are not near showrooms and help improve their sales. Friendly, Manager Ritesh is also a credit to his company delivering the new car to the Scottish border, a five hour journey, socially distanced, wearing a face mask, disinfected the car efficiently in front of me ( re COVID 19) and expertly explained all I needed to know about the car and took a genuine interest in his customer. An absolute pleasure doing business with HONDA Norton Way! Travelling 180miles 1 way was worth the trip for my FK8 TYPE R! Exceptional service from Maryann at Norton Way Honda. Professional attitude throughout my journey of purchasing my upgraded C.TR. Communication was spot on everytime I required anything or any requests for a decent deal. I could have purchased the same ride local, but it was destined to purchase from Maryann. The car was spotless/clean everything was explained in detail before driving back home. Lucky colour which I snapped up and get plenty of looks on road! HONDA couldn't get this any perfect. Everything is spot on at 320BHP/Turbo VTEC with 400NM Torque. This baby pulls on +R mode. I can definitely assure, the Comfort mode is beneficial with Family are in the car. Compared to my FN2 (Rough Ride) Thank you once again!!!

I visited Norton Way Honda in Letchworth with my 81-year-old Father in Law to help him buy a used Honda Jazz. While being there to help, I needn’t have been because Josh Corbett was so good at his job, courteous friendly, informative, efficient and trustworthy. Without wanting to write a tldr; review, I would completely recommend making a purchase with Norton Way Honda based on my experience. I'm not local but made my way there based on others' reviews and my interaction with other dealerships, and was not disappointed. I was assisted by Caio, who was brilliant: friendly, knowledgeable, honest and obviously passionate about what he does. He bent over backwards executing our transaction in frankly ludicrously quick time and I was on the road with a new steed in less than a week incl. a p/x Go find him! They're definitely worth a visit if you're undecided (or not), good showroom and good looking clean workshop and close enough the the town centre to wander off and have some lunch whilst you're making your mind up or getting a service etc. I get the impression their aftersales will be good as well which is just as important a factor for these processes.

Picked up my new car from Norton Way Honda last week and it proved to be a great experience, from first contact to delivery. I felt really looked after by Josh Corbett and David Baldwin and I'm very happy with my purchase. My initial query was more of a fact finding mission and i set up a visit to test drive a car. I picked Norton Way over my slightly more local Honda dealer mainly on the basis of previous good feedback i had read (and the fact that i can look at bikes and cars at the same time!!). My dealer visit went very well with Josh looking after me, listening to my stories(!) and answering any questions i had. All of their cars are well presented but i decided that i wanted a new car this time round and an appropriate deal was struck quickly and with little pressure from the sales team. They even took my trade in with a decent offer despite it being a completely different brand and of significant value. Hand over day was made pretty special with the new car in the showroom, covered to allow the full reveal. Also, they are always really helpful whenever i have questions on the car. Service time is a long way away but i look forward to having to visit them again. I'm really pleased with the service i received and would certainly recommend them to others. I am very Impressed with this dealership..... my father is sadly no longer able to drive his much loved Honda Jazz auto. What to do we thought as I live a 100 miles away so not easily able to assist with this. After contacting one of the well advertised car buying services my Father was told the car wasn't worth much and that was even without seeing it! I then rang Norton Way Honda, the local Honda dealer who used to service the car while my father waited. They were brilliant. They viewed the car at my parents home address, offered a much better price which I thought was very fair. They handled the process in such a nice way that it made the whole process painless. They could have so easily have tried to take advantage of this situation but they didn't. They also kept me advised through the process. My wife and I are both Honda owners too and this experience has reminded me how good the Honda dealer network is as we also get great service from our local Honda dealer too.

I don't go anywhere else to buy my Honda's! I've just purchased my third Honda from this branch and so far, everything seems great as per usual. My first two Civics were solid and now I've moved onto the Civic Type-R, all seems fantastic. The staff are all friendly, they have a good variety of cars and the sales manager Dave will help you out as best he can with any queries on cars/prices/service plans etc. Highly recommended!

We visited this dealership to look at a secondhand car that they had on offer. The location is a little stuffed into the edge of a retail/industrial area, but was still easy to find. The showroom id on the smaller side, but clean and tidy and we were well looked after by the staff in relation to the potential purchase. Unfortunately the car was not as highly specced as one we had viewed at another dealership, albeit condition-wise it certainly was not over-sold. Overall the experience was very good.

Russell took all the details of what I was looking for and came back to me very quickly with an excellent deal and booked me in for a test drive that suited me. The customer service that was provided was brilliant during the test drive and was very informative with any questions that I asked. After the test drive Russell then found an even better deal for me and it suited me perfectly for what I wanted. A few days later and my car was ready to be collected and I sat with Chris who helped me through all the set up of insurance, tax and an overview of the features on the car, making the whole process very simple for me. Excellent service from Keith. We recently purchased a used Honda Jazz, but discovered a week later that the passenger foot-mat was missing. As the car was ten weeks away from its due annual service and we live some distance away we decided to wait until then. Our car was duly returned sparkling clean after the service, not only with the passenger foot-mat in place, but also a new matching mat for the driver's side. Everyone we have dealt with both when purchasing the car and arranging the service has been polite and helpful.

Having spent days test driving various makes and models of cars, we approached Norton Way Honda to test drive a CR-V and we were greeted by David (Sales manager) who was a refreshing change compared to other salesmen we had encountered at other dealerships. I first approached Norton Way Motors almost ten years ago when I was looking to test drive a Honda Jazz (2008+ model). Every since then I've chosen Honda as my go-to brand and cannot fault my experience of the Honda dealerships (although I admit that my presence at Norton Way was interrupted for a few years by my living in North London). Nothing is too much trouble for every one of the staff there; they are always ready to answer questions and are extremely well trained and well organised. I purchased my Honda Jazz at the end of March 2018. I had been in around 8+ other car garages (other brands) in and around Letchworth. As a women on her own initially with specific requirements plus I was downsizing from a mummy wagon to a smaller more practical car. Many other car companies completely ignored me when I went into their dealership or if I did get served i eas spoken to very rudely towards me. However, at Honda Norton Way I had a completely different experience. I just turned up one Tuesday lunchtime and this was not a problem. I had a warm and friendly greeting by a member of the Honda team. I was then served a by a lovely gentleman call Chad. I explained my requirements and Chad allowed me to explore the Jazz and take it for a test drive. Nothing was too much trouble. Also offered one of their delicious Hot drinks. I put a deposit initially on a used Honda. However, in meantime i thought about a brand new Jazz and was on this occassion served by Russell. Again he went above and beyond for me. Ended up with a brand new red Honda Jazz. Paperwork was seamless and easy. I was offered the service plan which is excellent for the price. I am very happy with my new car drives beautifully. I needed a little tweek with it a week later was again no problem. I was recommended Honda Norton Way by a close friend and I couldn't recommend them enough to people either. I've worked in customer service for 15 years and it was lovely to have receieved such wonderful customer service from Chad and Russell during my car purchase process.

I recently bought a Honda Civic from Norton Way Honda & i'm very happy with the service I received from not only Chris Bowers who was my point of contact (and obviously salesman as well) but the whole team. I received a warm welcomed as I entered, greeted with the offer of both hot and cold beverages (all of which where complimentary). My first visit wasn't booked but that wasn't a problem as other members of staff were on hand to assist me. Lovely, welcoming and very approachable staff. I look forward to any future correspondence with the team.

My Honda Accord has now done 180,000 and is still going strong its a shame they have stopped selling them in this country because for the price they are a bargain for their spec. I would recommend Honda especially this dealership, I find the staff extremely pleasant and friendly and they cannot do enough for you.

Really don't have anything bad to say. Everyone I dealt with in my 5+ years was friendly, professional and very helpful. The premises was always clean and welcoming, not to mention the free coffee or tea. My wife and I bought a couple cars from them and the service was 1st class. Honda cars are very reliable and in our 5 year ownership, we only had one breakdown, and that was self inflicted (petrol in diesel tank). Would highly recommend Honda cars and the staff in Letchworth.

David and Chris and Julia (Canadian ) were excellent. Explained things very clearly with all the options. Did buy severae options but did not feel pressured into doing so. Sorted out several things in the car like hands free phone and the radio and checked I had remembered what all the buttons and dials were for. John Brogan

Used to be good, but not anymore. When my car was new I got good service but it is steadily going down hill. I put my car in for a service / mot expecting them to catch any potential fails before the MOT, but no, they sent it up with bad front tyres costing me an extra £50. I will not use this declining dealer again. edit: 12/6 I should have updated this before. I have upgraded my rating from 1 to 4 star. The day after the service the car was ready, tyres replaced and MOT passed. I was also pleasantly surprised that Honda offered me a discount on the service and that I only paid for the one MOT visit. This resulted in a largely acceptable price tag. Since then Norton Way have contacted me directly to discuss my original review and provided me an incentive to return, which also gains points for the dealer.

Agent matt has been terrific. Much appreciated guidance with my cars mot, service, repairs and potential future purchases. Top class service. Always sorts out a courtesy car as well as collect and deliver. Always good to have a good businesman take care of you and the car. Professional trust is built. Made a four and a half hour round trip to visit on Sunday. The car we originally went for was not for us, but after excellent service from Eric and Julia we decided on an alternative, so still came away with a nice new car which we are extremely pleased with. The service was helpful and friendly with no pressure, we would highly recommend this garage, and wouldn't hesitate to visit again the next time we are looking for a new car.

Excellent experience dealing with Daniel and Russell from start to finish. From live chat and a 200 mile round trip to see the guys it was well worth it. Not hard and fast sales but friendly sales and they even followed through with a forgotten car manual. This is a flagship Honda dealer - the others should watch and learn. Bought a vehicle from a Honda main dealer so that would have peace of mind. Whilst I am happy with the vehicle I am extremely disappointed that all of the service requirements were not thoroughly checked by them. I had to rummage through service books and invoices to establish what was not up-to-date. Admittedly they then serviced the items I found required doing. Would it be so difficult for them to have done what I did.

My husband and I bought 2 cars from Dan and Russell last week and we cannot fault the service we received. Both guys went above and beyond to give us the deal we needed and even let the kids play in the cars whilst we completed all the necessary paperwork. These guys know their stuff and the customer service experience is fantastic. Highly recommend.

I brought and get my car serviced from Norton Way Honda. I have always had excellent customer service and would highly recommend them to anyone. When i bring my car in for service i am greeted by Nick, Emily, Jordan or Matt and are always more than accomodating. I am always kept informed of the progress and completion time. If i have any sales queries Julia is more than happy to help. Overall i am a completely satisfied customer.

We have bought two other Honda cars from here prior to the latest one and have always been very impressed by the service they provide. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff be it for the servicing or when replacing the car. They are quietly very efficient without being too pushy. I recently purchased my first brand new car, a Honda Civic at Norton Way Honda. It is absolutely fantastic and I love driving in it! The staff there were extremely friendly, approachable and patient. As it was my first car, I was pretty much clueless about everything but they took their time explaining everything to me and gave me different options to choose from that suited my needs. They were not pushy at all and their after sales service are excellent! There were never any issues that can't be solved by them and I've never heard them say no to my requests. I would definitely recommend them to others, in fact, I have already recommended my friends to buy from them :) I'm sure I'll be purchasing my cars from Norton Way Honda from now on. Had not planned on changing my car so soon, but the new HR-V in the showroom had caught my eye. The staff are a credit to this main Honda Dealership. All whom I met were welcoming, very informative and most importantly NON-PUSHY. I would recommend a visit in person. There is a lovely little café inside with fresh coffee and Tash (?) was baking fresh cakes. Highly Recommended!

My last purchase was the new Honda Jazz and I absolutely love it!
