Grainger Motor Group Awarded UK’s Best Workplaces™ Recognition!

Grainger Motor Group has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2026 by Great Place To Work®, ranking 79th in the large company category (201–1,000 employees) and standing as the only car dealership group in the top 100. The recognition is based on employee feedback, with 83% of staff saying it is a great place to work compared to 54% at a typical UK company.

  Officially announced Thursday night at the prestigious Best Workplaces Awards held at London’s Grosvenor House, the company ranked 79th in the large  category (201 – 1,000 employees).

  GMG was the only car dealership group in the top 100 of the large category, a true reflection of the company’s staff whose confidential survey feedback made this achievement possible.

  83% of employees at Grainger Motor Group say it is a great place to work*, compared to 54% of employees at a typical UK based company.
