We received very helpful and supportive service from Norton Way in Letchworth on our recent search for a used Qashqai, principally from excellent salesman Berkan Degirmenci, who​​​​ could not have been more attentive. As a result, although we ended up sourcing our perfect vehicle elsewhere, we can certainly strongly recommend this dealership for their excellent service, and we expect to return to them in the future.

Came last week for service and first MOT on the Qashqai we bought here almost 3 years ago. Problem tyres were replaced (at my cost, of course) same day and all good with car. Not enough time to sort out some niggles we wanted resolved before the warranty expires next week. James in Service Dept. made sure we were rebooked in time for In-Warranty repair of the niggles. I would recommend this dealership. From the greeting (and decaff coffee) from Reception to the work from the Service Dept. to the Sales person, Hannah, I spoke with about a possible new car. Very good.

We recently purchased our 73 plate e-powered quasqui from Norton way The whole process was done very smoothly and staff very helpful.. lots to learn and take in as so many gadgets, but have been told they’re only a phone call away or pop in for any help. Wishing Berkan who we dealt with lots of success as one of their new salesman.

Great dealership - we visited to look at a Qashqai or X-Trail. Whilst we did not proceed with purchase, we had a lovely consultation and test drive experience. Great experience with Norton Way Nissan for a vehicle purchase recently. I recently bought a used Qashqai and had a wonderful experience thanks to Laurell. He was kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable, which made the whole process stress-free. I was shopping with my newborn, and Laurell was incredibly accommodating and patient throughout which it really meant a lot. I never felt rushed, and he took the time to answer all my questions clearly, openly and honestly. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience in here today Monday 18th August. My car was in for a service, I knew I had a screw in the tyre, so explained all that, the woman that served me when I got there was great, they sent me a video of my car with the guy explaining what he was doing - thought that was brilliant! Felt personalised, they took the time to explain it all, they even fixed my tyre for free, which was an added bonus, staff were lovely today, overall a great experience.

Enquired on a Friday and drove a beautiful car off the forecourt on the following Tuesday. Shout out to Logan who made the whole process one of the simplest I’ve ever experienced. From part exchanging to getting taxed and insurance in the new vehicle it was a doddle. TBH I was one of those people who was a bit dubious about car dealerships for some reason and now I cannot sing their praises highly enough and will never go anywhere other than here. Mr Adam Ashley at Norton Way Nissan is not only an outstanding member of the team, but the kindest most selfless person I have ever met. When my car developed a manufacturing fault, Adam did the impossible and found me a brand new car within minutes to replace my old one. He dropped everything to help me, went out of his way to secure the new car and kept me informed on the hour of his progress. He is an absolute God send and truly cares about his customers and knows every fine detail of Nissan cars. He speaks incredibly highly of Nissan cars and it is refreshing to meet someone who truly is passionate about his job and the cars and customers he looks after. He is a very welcoming, kind and genuinely kind person, who makes you feel like nothing is too much to ask. When I could not collect my new car due to a medical treatment, Adam actually offered me for him to come in on his day off work to complete the hand over of my new car- on a Sunday. So I’d not be in a hire car any longer. This is exactly how much he cares. He would sacrifice his own time off for Nissan and a customer in need. Adam’s kindness brought me to tears, he is truly one in a million. It is completely thanks to Adam that I now have a brand new replacement car and the whole process was so smooth. I hope Norton Way Nissan recognise Adam to the highest level for his incredible commitment to them, and to his customers. I will never as long as I live, ever, ever forget Adam coming in specially for me, on a very rainy Sunday morning on his day off work , to help me finalise my new car. He is truly the kindest, most generous and caring person in this world.

Logan was extremely helpful. He was the perfect balance of knowledgeable but not pushing a sale. I felt in control of the process but also well supported, no question was too much and he always responded promptly. It was great to have the optional extras of Redline cover/Autoglym and these were explained well and never forced. Norton Way was a nice place to visit, with welcoming staff and a comfortable waiting area with complimentary drinks. Also a note to say that Laura, who also helped with the sale, was really lovely too and keen for us to be happy with the overall outcome of our purchase. All in all, a great experience.

Booked a major service and MOT online. Dropped my car off in the morning and was ready to collect at lunch time both times was seen to straight away and in and out quickly, great customer service and everything explained in detail even get a video of them checking over your car. Car washed and hoovered plus free hot and cold drinks while dropping off and collecting. Would not hesitate to bring my vehicle here again.

Just picked up a Nissan Leaf from Norton Way Nissan , I was served by Mark Ceaser . Mark looked after me from the very first visit to the handover of the car. He showed knowledge , professionalism and courtesy whilst dealing with my requirements. From the very first point , Mark introduced me to his manager, Simon, who again showed me great respect and between the two of them worked out a deal for me. I popped into Norton Nissan to take a look at a few models of Jukes. The salesman I met was a man named Mark Caesar. Mark was very helpful, he listened to what I wanted from a car, showed me a few Jukes and spoke about the performance of the car. Mark was patient took his time to answer my questions. We were doing a bit of a garage tour looking at 3 different cars we were interested in. We were seen by Hannah who was excellent, took the time to show us what we needed, followed up same day with some additional information, then a couple of days later to see if we had all we needed, but without being at all pushy. She was the only person we saw that day who seemed interested in dealing with us and selling us a car!

Bought the 1.6 Nissan juke on Friday 21st February and had Adam Ashley to guide us through the car and purchase.To say he was knowledgeable is an understatement he knew everything!!! From the 1st meeting to handing over the keys Adam was absolutely amazing completely invested in making sure we were happy in the car. Before we collected the car to get a little video was a great touch. So Nissan , to say we were impressed is an understatement you value your customers which is a rare commodity and Adam a massive thank you for not being pushy but just very engaging. 5 stars is not enough would definitely recommend Nissan in Letchworth but for an extra experience get Adam to wow you with his knowledge and customer service, as we say proper old school!

Picked up my Nissan Juke last week having gone back and forth looking at various cars with Logan. At all stages Logan was patient and not at all pushy. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and stuck to the criteria. He followed up on all appointments and was a pleasure to deal with. Logan was extremely helpful with upgrading our car, from the initial phone call to even after we had taken the car home, Logan was professional and polite with us. He didn't try and force us into looking at anything we didn't seem interested in and remembered all of the qualities we had mentioned we wanted in a new car. I am looking for a new car and decided to pop into our local Nissan dealership. We were met by a super friendly Hannah, who listened to what we required, showed us a car and then went and got the Motability Salesman, Adam Ashley. He was great, he went through all our requirements, suggested different models, gave us the pros and cons and then showed us another vehicle. Took my Nissan juke to Norton way as a breakdown following gearbox issues. The team there gave me a quote I was happy with, and was given Ryan as a point of contact. Ryan kept in touch with updates, and was honest and realistic about the time frame. On closer inspection I was lucky enough to have different and less expensive work needed - the honesty in this was very much appreciated. On return the car had been cleaned and vaccumed for me. I looked at loads of other dealerships but Nissan gave the best customer experience all around. Adam was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Purchased Juke with warranty. Exhaust was rusty & pitted, we paid 4 a new one. They repaired a leaking door seal & NSF top mount under warranty, since it was making creaking & clonking noise. Experienced a simular noise on other side. They thought it was most likely the OSF top mount. Local garage who performed MOT noted noise. OSF top mount was replaced & subframe bolts tightened up. Maybe car has hit a pothole in the past? Serviced car, fitted a new battery, car now appears to be working well!

Superb customer service from Service Advisor James Parrott. Very efficient, polite and personal service. Nice chap. My wife has always spoken highly of Norton Way Nissan. We were acknowledged as soon as we walked in by the showroom host/receptionist and again by another member of staff whilst James went to get paperwork. I haven't been inside the showroom before as my wife normally deals with her Nissan however I was inpressed with the showroom. As a Service Advisor myself for another company I can honestly say it is superb here.

The customer service was excellent. Sales Manager Shubad was simply amazing as he made sure we were comfortable and well informed throughout our stay at the dealership. Just bought my first Nissan and had the pleasure of being served by Abu. He knew the cars so well and was able to advise on the best one for me and my budget. I knew that I wanted a Qashqai but didn't know which grade, but fortunately Abu was not at all a pushy salesman and very patiently went through the models telling me about the differences between them all. He was off one day that I went in, and his colleague Craig was also very helpful. When I collected the car Adam guided me through the controls and both Abu and Adam ensured that I was completely satisfied before I left. The garage also had someone at the door as you enter the showroom, sometimes a lady and sometimes a man. They both were also very polite and helpful at all times, not just with me but with all of their customers and so as far as the staff are concerned I would highly recommend this garage. So far I am very happy with the car that I have bought too and my only regret is that did not come to this garage many years ago!

If you're looking for a new or second hand Nissan and you live in the home counties or North London then this is the place to go! I had a terrible 3 year experience with Glyn Hopkin on our previous PCP deal, it was non a stop pressure to upgrade! When I was shopping around last month the guy at the Glyn Hopkin dealership refused to talk prices because my wife wasn't with me there and then in the showroom. What Nonsense! At Norton Way it was the polar opposite. They were really friendly from the get go. Any questions which I asked were met with a warm and friendly response, and everyone from the management down is just plain nice! At no point was there a feeling that they were doing you a favour, or walking off to the manager in the corner like they do at Glyn Hopkin. It was all service with a smile and great assistance, along with a very nice showroom. We are very happy with our new PCP purchase from them, and if we do up or downgrade in the future then this will be the first place that we go to :)

Looking for a quality used car. Not sure what I really wanted. Kept coming back to a Qashqai. Wasn't at all familiar with the model. Shubad in Sales was brilliant at talking me through the features and benefits of a Qashqai. A quick (unaccompanied) test drive and I was sold on it. A week later I collected the car. The whole process was seamless. No pressure, no rushing. Fully informed the whole way. I asked for a few things to be done to the car - nothing was a problem. Collection on the day was equally as good - special mention to Ashley in the 'hand-over' team. Good quality all round customer service. Can't fault Norton Way Nissan. Top Marks, well done!

A very professional and organised garage, that sold me a Mercedes pickup which was in fact better quality and value than one I purchased direct from a Mercedes used car franchise! The service was excellent and the vehicle was as described. Even the car delivery company I used said it was the most organised and hassle free garage they have used! I previously left a 5-star review. Well deserved at the time. Sadly the after-sales was only 1-star. So, in fairness, this is now a 3-star review. The lead up to a sale was first class. But the after-sales promises were not kept. Be warned. Previous review: Located in central Letchworth just a few minutes from the A1(M). Very helpful team. From the kind lady at reception who got me comfortably seated with a cappuccino the moment I arrived - to the Sales Manager "Shubad" who managed to source the exact colour and model of car I had been seeking. Low pressure sales is the keyword here. They made every effort to discuss the range, the model, the prices and hone in on our best option. Lovely new cars to browse inside the showroom and a huge selection of Nissan pre-owned cars outside. Not just the renowned conventional models (Juke, Qashqai, X-Trail, Micra) but the electric range too (Leaf, Ariya). Of course the original Leaf, back in 2011, was the first mass produced EV in the World. So seeing the very latest Nissan EV range up close is almost compulsory for serious EV buyers. This Team had wide auto knowledge and minimised the sales pitch in favour of needs, costs and availability. Very happy to recommend the Norton Way Nissan showroom & parts/service centre. Don't expect a sales pitch, just options and benefits.

New in the UK and got my first car from Norton Way Nissan. A difficult decision made easy by the staff at the dealership, especially Shubadh Miah, the Sales Manager there. He was very kind, helpful, informative and guided us through the process thereby making our buying decision easier. He also shared his knowledge and experience about UK which was like an orientation for us. I am quiet impressed with the quality of service provided to us, starting from the receptionist to the final delivery and handover team and would recommend Norton Way to all.

I should explain that I accompanied my daughter who was collecting her brand new car, I wasn't purchasing a car for myself. Nonetheless, I was impressed. The showroom is excellent and ghee are absolutely loads of new and used models to look at and still parking for customers. The attention. We received was professional, polite and friendly. We all felt at ease and not under any pressure or rush. The new car was perfect and you would demand and all the controls fully explained properly. Yes, very impressed.

I went into Nissan a couple of months ago to explore my motability options. The whole team are welcoming and offer you drinks which was a nice touch. Adam dealt with us and showed us and talked through all of our options. I decided to place an order for the new Nissan qashqai. Adam was kind and informative.. I’ve just picked up my new car less than 2 months later and I couldn’t be happier! Fantastic customer service.. felt incredibly looked after and no pressure to commit to anything. There was a transfer appointment, where we signed our car over to them, and then got a one to one handover specialist who went through absolutely everything with us.. with a smile! We even got a tour of the car to show how to use all the mod cons before we drove away ☺️.. can’t speak highly enough of them! So professional.

Picked my new Nissan up last week and I'm over the moon not just with my car but the service I recieved too. There was a slight hold up on delivery of cars but my sales rep Adam was top notch. He kept me up to date with weekly calls. He was very very friendly knowable and helpful. When it came to the day of pick up. Simon the manager came out just to check everything was satisfactory which it was. (Nice for manager to introduce himself) Adam took me to my new car and went through everything I needed to know about my car. Even called a couple of days later to check all was well and again today. I was extremely pleased with the customer service given when I went into the garage (Nissan Letchworth) to enquire about a new car, Abu was very attentive and gave us all the information we required, we were allowed to Test drive and learn what all the buttons did and meant. Very easy transaction for payment and collection arranged for the following week where we were helped by Adam, again very professional everything explained to us, he did all the paperwork for the transaction of trade in on-line with minimal effort, no rushing, felt completely at ease, able to ask any questions throughout the process. I was contacted on the Tuesday after collection to make sure everything had gone well over the weekend, I returned to the garage for another insurance I had decided to take out and was helped by Simon (whom it turns out we went to school together some 40 years previous). I would totally recommend the garage to friends & family, a new experience for me and one which was helped by great personnel.

So after the issues with the navara I decided to change it. I contacted Simon Lucas and explained what I needed to do. He helped me by giving me a fair price for my Navara and therefore enabling me to make an informed decision. We talked about various options, and then I saw a Mitsubishi hybrid, good mileage same year, but alas it was in Wimbledon!! No problem said Simon and had it shipped down to letchworth for me to view and drive and without obligation, I looked at all Nissan hybrids but not quite the right size, and patiently Simon went through the pros and cons of all vehicles and without pressure allowed me to make the right decision for my needs. I picked up my Mitsubishi yesterday, cleaned charged and ready to roll!!! Thanks again to Simon for his professionalism and to Micheal in service for his help when I had issues before and making me confident in Norton way!!! Want the new xtrail replacement next year !!!

Arrived here to collect a vehicle for a trade plate movement..I've visited most car dealerships around the country, where normally I'm not a priority and kind of frowned upon as I'm not there to buy a vehicle, but these guys I take my hat off too..I arrived at the dealership and was treated with just as much respect as a paying customer, also as I was waiting for my vehicle (only 5 minutes) I was asked by almost every salesman and even Caroline the receptionist if I was being dealt with and offered a hot drink too...Big thanks to Adam for advising where I could park my other vehicle.. keep it up guys, sure I'll see you again soon 👍

From the first minute we walked in to the Nissan dealer, we found professionalism, competency and a great attitude of all the staff working here. A special mention must be for Russell who has a very professional approach but at the same time made us feel comfortable. He inspires trust, and he is a great asset to the Nissan family.

I first brought a car from here four years ago and the service was good had a few issues that got sorted out quickly and effortlessly. So I recently decided to go back and buy another car for there and a new sales manager shubad greeted us. I thought the pervious service was good but he's taken it to another level couldn't have done more to help us get into the car we wanted and actually calls when he says he will. Couldn't recommend shubad and Norton way Nissan any higher. Oh and there cars are brilliant as well.

Having researched a car on the Nissan website, I chose Norton Way. Although over a 3 hour drive from where I live, I'm glad I did. The service I received, before and during picking up my car was excellent. Russell and Alfie made the process easy and stress free. The showroom was modern and professional and I was made to feel welcome. I would highly recommend Norton Way and would return for my next car purchase.

I recently purchased a stunning car from here, the chap who looked after me was really helpful and went through things so I understood everything. The day I collected the car and driving it home I had noticed there was a hissing sound coming from the air conditioning. When I told the chap he was quick to get it sorted, and get it back to fix it, and due to where I lived they sent a driver to collect my car and gave me a courtesy car to use in the meantime, then when it was fixed they drove it back to me. Excellent service from Shubad Miah and Adam Ashley when I bought a nearly new Range Rover from them. Nothing was too much trouble and they were not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, but they both treated two females buyers with the utmost respect and courtesy at all times. It was worth a 2 1/2 hour drive to deal with them!

From the pre-sale all the way through to the after sale care, David has been very approachable, supportive and has even got in touch to check how the car was driving weeks later and if I had any questions. Hats off to this Nissan dealer ...I wanted a car from them and went up there from Hastings.....I met the manager Simon and he was very professional with dealing with the sale and any queries I had .. When I got home, after collecting the car, I had a question, and left a message for Simon to call me back ... Simon ALWAYS returned my calls....that is customer service that is very hard to find. In summary, this dealership is one that I would happily recommend and I am prepared to travel 100 + miles to deal with them than my local Nissan dealer which is about 2 miles from me ....

Just bought a used Nissan leaf from Norton Way. I live in Pembrokeshire so not local by any means! all communication was done via phone/whats app and email. After original inquiry Sales Manager David Baldwin did a full video review of the car and whilst viewing pointed out any defects inspecting everything in detail. As it turns out there was some scratches on the left passenger arch and minor light scratches around door handles. The low mileage car was in really good condition and David agreed to have the scratches repaired at their body shop and lighter ones polished out. It was easy to discuss the purchase and I didnt feel under any pressure at all which made the experience quite nice. Any questions were promptly answered and I felt assured that any further issues would be dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Car was transported to my home yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased. Buying a car over distance can be easy, just takes a different approach and patience.

It's a good garage they lookafter my car for the five years and work has always been carry out on the days I have wanted it doing and have looked after us with coffee, tea or a can of coke wild we waited. Bought a 2nd hand Nissan Qashqia Tekna from here and was very happy with the service provided by David. We agreed a price before viewing the vehicle and he was very transparent with regards to the condition and history of the vehicle, to ensure it wasn't a wasted journey. All papaer work was either sent to me via email or done very efficenty at Nissan Norton Way. He also provided me with his personal mobile number to make sure we had a regular commuincation channel, and at no point did I feel pressured into a sale. He even contacted me in the days after to ensure I wasn't having issues. All in all i'm not sure I could have asked for any more really.

I recently went to the Nissan Norton Way dealership to buy a new car. The team there were extremely helpful, specifically a member of staff called David, who supported me through the whole sales process, from giving an overview of the different models, choosing specific spec, decisions around fuel type to what my options were to finance the vehicle . Having not done the latter before, it was good to get an understanding of how it worked, and also have the ability to trade my vehicle in, on site at the point of exchange, rather than having to go through the ardous private sale process. Everything about the experience was great, including the showroom and hospitality of the staff in there offering drinks etc. love the new car and would highly recommend David and the rest of the staff in there, if you are after a new nissan!

I have just had the best car buying experience of my life, and I have bought many cars in my lifetime. I contacted Norton Way Nissan to enquire about a Audi S4 they had for sale and talked to David Baldwin, he was extremely helpful, and answered all my questions. Subsequent to that first phone call I talked to David several times and if he was not available he always got back to me by phone or text. I was extremely happy with the deal David presented to me to purchase the S4 plus trade in my own car. Helpful staff when in showroom, but have phoned several times to ask for my log book for" my" new/used car to have my official name of James on it, still not received it several months later? Otherwise no problem. Thanks to the diligent Russell. My problem has been resolved therefore will give him a five star rating!

Always received great customer service from Norton Way Nissan in Letchworth. I am able to book at times convienient to me, and they are always helpful in ensuring I receive a courtesy car with sufficient boot space for prams and compatible isofix points for the car seats which is one less thing to worry about as a mum. The actual show room is also fantastic for children if you need to bring them along; with iPads with games and colouring to keep them entertained (& free coffee for the mums & dads!) and the staff love making a fuss of the kids which is great. In my experience, staff are always up front about costs and timeframes for completion and communicate this in a friendly and professional manner, whilst trying their upmost to maintain customer expectation. I would 100% recommend.

Got a 2018 Nissan Leaf from Norton Way Nissan which was my first electric vehicle. As you can imagine going from petrol /diesel to full electric was a massive decision and I had thousands of questions and concerns. The staff at NWN were brilliant they explained everything they didn't push me or pressure me and helped me make an informed decision. I'm really happy with the car and what they told me before I got the car has proved to be correct. NWN are more like an old family business than a main dealer which is so refreshing. What an excellent service from start to finish to aftersale, Simon Heri* is a great asset to this branch, myself and my wife we were looking at the x trail and 7 seaters comparaisons for over a year, as this is a massive purchase (HP) and we plan to keep the car for 10 years.We from north London we looked on few occasion at the closest Glyn Hopkins Nissan , yet everytime we go there we leave without a deal, yet at Norton way we made 1 call, 1 visit and 1 purchase all on the same day the 60 miles round trip was well worth it. We had a great experience with Alfie we travelled from Ireland after seeing a Nissan Xtrail advertised online!! We couldn't have been happier with how well organised and thorough they were! Having not seen the car Alfie sent us a detailed video of the car explaining everything to us! He didn't disappoint as when we got to the garage it was exactly as he described and we were on the way to the ferry soon after! Excellent service!! Highly recommended! There was also a girl in the office I can't think of her name who was always extremely helpful when I rang to speak to Alfie! Excellent team!!

Managed to get me in for a service within two days. Had to sit and wait.. in the end 3 hours... Coffee and tea provided.. not great but it was there.. usually have coke etc in fridge but that was empty! not amused! chairs are really uncomfortable after the first couple of hours though. Please Norton.. fill the fridge and get some comfy chairs for your waiting area .. toilets clean.. Car Services and washed.. Will always use Norton rather than Glyn Hopkins Nissan...

1st service of my NAVARA went well. No issues. Pleasant staff and nice place to sit and work remotely while they service your vehicle. UPDATE May 208 : So now doing 2nd service on my Navara (35k) in different garage. They have said that wheel stud thread is damaged (see photo). As I know wheel has not been removed since previous service it is Norton Way Nissan who I would think done this. Unfortunately service was sometime ago and part is not something you can pick up on after service is done. So from 5 starts, I'm taking it down to 3 stars. Shame

We were looked after initially by Andrew and then Nathan who were both fantastic. They resolved any issues quickly and professionally and kept us informed at every stage. I bought my car from Norton Way in 2014 - the service at time of purchase was brilliant, such attention to detail. Since I have only had the car serviced at Norton Way. Dean the Service Tech always looks after the car, he has extreme care and attention. Little things don't pass him and I know not only is the car reliable - its well maintained. All the Norton Way team are friendly from the reception team, to the other staff - today I dealt with Joanna who was extremely friendly and professional. I always sense they are looking out for me - it feels more like a family garage than some of the giant faceless dealerships. They are my dealer. I recommend them.

Found a car on their website that I really liked, from contacting them to come and view the car, the customer service was fantastic from both Simon Heritage and Jason Harris. I finally wore out my poor old Peugeot, which I had purchased from Norton Way several years ago. I took a trip to Norton Way Nissan and told them what I was after, (although I wasn't quite sure myself!). I wanted something larger, for dogs, children etc but with lots of toys. They found me my lovely X-trail Tekna, ticks all the boxes and the process was smooth and professional . Had the car for 3 months now and loving it. When I wear this one out I'll be back.
