  We both have a strong affiliation to the Norton Way dealerships, as the group was originally founded by our father, David Grainger, back in 1989. Having started our motor trade careers at Norton Way, we have over 40 years’ experience within these businesses. So, we know these dealerships & their customers extremely well and have a strong passion to achieve the very best standards within them. Our goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience, through our highly trained knowledgeable staff, who care about our customers for life.

  We want to reassure our customers that the same team our customers have come to know and trust at the 3 Norton Way dealerships will continue to be there, as well as some old faces, offering support and their valuable expertise. There will be no disruption to any ongoing services, pre-booked appointments or warranty support.
