What a fantastic team at Mantles in Royston! All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming when we arrived. We had Rob help us from start to finish when buying our new Kia. He was very informative, answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. Rob went through everything the car could do and was very patient. Rob took us on a test drive and I didn’t feel rushed at all. He explained all the basics and more about the car. We absolutely loved everything about the Sportage, we eventually decided to buy a newer model and couldn’t be happier. We would also like to thank Mo, Paul and Riaz who were so friendly and helpful. I would recommend Mantles in Royston to anyone who was looking at buying a new car.

What can I say?! Rob took care of us extremely well! We went to Kia Royston only to test drive a Sportage and Rob managed to close a deal with us. Rob and the rest of the team are very accommodating as soon as you walk through the door and all very professional. I recently purchased a 2nd hand Sportage from Mantles Kia. The customer service was excellent from the start, initially from Mo and then with Robert. They facilitated a 2nd test drive to make certain I got the best fit for me between 2 cars they had in stock. Pick up with Robert was very smooth, completing the paperwork efficiently and going through many of the cars features with me. Hopefully this is the start of a trusting and positive relationship going forward with the service teams as well as the sales.

Had to get a new car unexpectedly and the staff here were amazing, especially Will and Harrison. No pushy selling, let me take my time, answered all my questions and made me feel like the most important person. The car I bought was a second hand Sportage and the attention they gave it was brilliant. Service, MOT, valet... it looked like it was new. Highly recommend.

Picked up a car on Friday. Whole experience was great, from putting down a reserve to arranging finance etc, they sorted everything. My Husband and I went to Kia a couple of weeks ago to purchase a nearly new car. Paulo, who attended to us was nothing short of brilliant. He was approachable, not pushy at all and took all the time that we needed to get the car that we wanted at the price that we could afford. We went in to look at a particular car which we had seen online (which we eventually purchased). While we were there we asked him to look at another car which was parked behind many other cars but it was no trouble at all for him to move all the cars so that we could test drive the car at the back. At home, we struggled to fill out the form online but the following week when we came to purchase and collect the car Paulo helped us with that as well. There was a bit of a hiccup with something but Paulo managed to sort things out with professionalism. I can not sing his praises enough. Harrison, who did the handover was very efficient. He sorted out all of our paperwork relating to the sale and purchase of our car making the whole process a smooth one. He also explained about the different technologies in the car upon request. All in all, a very happy customer. Looking forward to servicing my car with Kia and for that level of customer service to be maintained.

So Happy with my Kia Ev3. It drives superb, it also has 7 year warranty. Cannot ask for anything more. Shay and his team were fantastic and went out of there way to find me what I wanted. The whole experience from start to finish at Mantles was 5 star. My mum and I were needing a car that perfectly fit our needs and was in our budget. Mark handled our case right until the end and he was nothing but helpful and polite. Alongside Mark, Harrison was amazing at getting everything signed and prepared for us. I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Kia Mantles Royston from start to finish. Although, I did not end up buying a car from them (no fault of their own, it just wasn't the fit for me), I was so impressed and refreshed by their top level customer service that I thought it worth sharing, even without a purchase! Paulo went above and beyond to help me in my car search. He accommodated my work schedule by staying late (actually after working hours) to enable me to test drive a car, was in communication via email and phone several times (with quick and informative responses), and tried to keep the cost as low as feasibly possible for any work I was considering having done on the car to make a more than fair deal. From the coffee provided, to a comfortable waiting area, to the manager coming out just to ensure I was happy with my service, to allowing me to test drive a car twice (to help make a decision) with rather short notice, Kia Mantles was extremely professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Extremely disappointed by the professionalism of this center. Made me drive one hour there after having the appointment set up a month earlier, just to say after another hour there waiting that they don't have the part to do the work and come next week again. Please be more professional and more thorough. EDIT: Thank you to Kayleigh for following up with me on the issue, she's assured me this is a one off, and has made sure I get the best service possible from now on. The issue is fixed now, and I think it's fair to adjust the review accordingly.

The decision to purchase a new car was made really easy and all the paperwork was explained clearly by James Clarke. He was great at talking through options and was very patient, so I could choose the best vehicle for me. After making the decision to buy a car, all my follow up questions were answered directly by James, Riaz and Paul. I am hugely impressed with the service I have received. I brought my old Kia in today to fix a fault that was recalled, and the customer service has been outstanding. From ringing the day before to confirm the appointment was still ok, to efficiently fixing the issue and also performing a free health check at the same visit. I had a text with a link and presumed this was for feedback, but it was actually a video of underneath my car with full audio explanation - I have never had a single garage be so transparent and informative. I searched for a near new Kia Niro 4 the length and breadth of the country and Mantles Kia Royston had the very car for me. This garage was over a hundred miles from where I lived however the dealership were incredibly supportive, attentive and professional right from the off - this initial engagement was with Paulo and I was so impressed by the service (and the car) that I put my deposit down and made the journey. The dealership had a uniqueness to it in so far as the sales team were incredibly busy on the phone however we were greeted and asked to wait in a superb seating area with refreshments available. The garage/dealership itself is outstanding in terms of location, decor, lighting, ambience and yes even the toilets merit a mention - excellent, clean and reflective of the high standards the dealership prides itself in. We were greeted by the dealership manager- Riaz - who epitomised the dealership brand and I knew immediately that I had made the right choice. We were supported on our car purchase journey by Riaz, Abu and Tamzin - Tamzin being the one who completed the deal with us. The after sales support has quite simply been outstanding and nothing has been too much trouble. The overall experience in all my years of motoring and car purchases has been the best ever and I highly endorse Mantles Kia Royston to anyone looking for a great deal from a great dealership from a great team with great after support focus. My comments to Riaz before I drove away in my Kia Niro 4 (which incidentally is the best car I've ever had and driven) was quite simply don't change a thing because your business model works which is evidenced by the incredible team who support him especially Paulo, Abu and Tamzin.

From my first contact with the lovely Tyrese through to the very smooth handover with Tyrese, Harrison and Paul when collecting my new-to-me car, the whole process was incredibly painless. At no point was I made to feel like I’d asked a stupid question or was wasting anybody’s time - I only wish I lived closer!! Buying a car can be a minefield as a woman but the team at Mantles absolutely nailed it for me. The follow-up care has been spot on too. We saw pre-registered kia sportage on the Internet that met our required specification. Although we live near Norwich we decided to go and view it. The service we received by the sales dept was beyond what we expected. We test drove the car and all the functions were clearly explained to us. We decided to purchase the car. Everyone was so friendly, attentive and helpful without being pushy. We went and collected the car a week later and the handover experience was excellent. Everything about the car was explained again and everyone made sure it was a pleasurable experience. I have bought quite a few cars and have never received such attention to ensure we were happy. In fact although the dealership is approx 1.5 hours drive we decided to take out a service contract as we feel so confident in this dealership. We even got a phone call when we got home to check that we had a safe journey and were there any questions that we wanted to ask. We would recommend this dealership 100%

I only popped in to have a 'quick look' at a Sportage, I was seen by Steve who showed me what was available but was never pushy and took me out for a test drive in a car I decided to buy on the spot! Fast forward to collection day and I was dealt with by Harrison who, despite his young years was a consummate professional whilst dealing with the handover. We’d had a very bad experience with a car recently and found ourselves having to buy a new car much sooner than we planned. Whilst some staff (Shay) went the extra mile to help out on the day of collection, I was very frustrated to find that my car was sold to me with 2mm and 3mm tyre depth on my front tyres which would make it 'Advisory' for an MOT. I would expect more for the amount of money being spent, particularly as I discovered this after getting a puncture on the 2mm tyre. I was also disappointed that the body check done on the vehicle was not as thorough as I initially presumed although I appreciate that the onus is on the buyer to double check this ahead of driving away.

We’ve had excellent service while buying our car. Frankie and Harrison were particularly helpful and friendly, as were the whole team. The process was easy from start to finish and we have been well looked after. They’ve made us feel at ease, especially as we had small children with us while choosing. We highly recommend Manyles, Royston.

We drove extra distance to visit this dealership, as they had many options of cars to look at and were not disappointed. The service was great, not pushy at all and I never felt rushed. Richard was very knowledgeable and let us take a car out for a test drive by ourselves after giving us a tour of the controls etc. which was great. I was offered a great deal and as a female coming in with my male partner I really appreciated the focus on me; at other dealers I have been ignored in favour of my partner before, so this was one of the reasons I ended up buying from Mantles. The reveal of my new car on pick up was fun and Paul gave me a very detailed overview of the tech, which was great. I’ve since had questions and found them very responsive, overall it’s a 10 from me! Shame they aren’t closer to me, else I would definitely take the car there for any future services!

I'd totally recommend Kia at Royston. Sam, our salesman, was amazing! He really helped us pick out our next car. He answered all our questions perfectly and listened to what we wanted. Sam is very knowledgeable about the Kia range of cars and showed us how everything worked even the little features we would never have known existed! Brought a Kia picanto From Mantles and dealt with Stephen (Steve), from start to finish he was quite easily the best car sales man I’ve ever dealt with. He had extensive knowledge on Kia’s and an impressive knowledge of all cars in general. He talked me through the whole process of buying a car myself for the first time and made it really easy for me. The car was picked up in immaculate condition, completely faultless, and drove home better than imagined. I’d like to thank Steve for all his hard work, he put in, on making sure I could bring the car home as quickly as possible! When I do buy a car from them again, I’ll definitely be buying one from him! The other car dealers were super friendly and professional, but regardless I feel very lucky that I got to buy my car off Steve, he did the most fantastic job and couldn’t recommend anymore.

My fault in some way brought a car second hand.. thought I'd get a 12 month MOT ..never crossed my mind as they said it would have one .. driving around as you do .. not a care in the world as I brought it in September 2024 .2 days ago got a letter from DVLA saying they will not except my monthly road tax payment as my car needs MOT when I checked it ran out in may ..so been driving around with no MOT ..but in my defence went to pick the car up a week after purchasing.it was on wash bay . waiting an hour to be told battery was flat and couldn't let it go ..so said they had ordered a new one but it did not fit this was Saturday morning..I could have gone to Halfords to get one .so hand over did not happen..they agreed to deliver to my house on the tuesday.and they did .but because you do not get a certificate anymore it's easily over looked ..not a happy chappy

He took time out of his day to ensure that we came away with the right product for us. I can't stress enough how much of an asset he is to the team in Royston.

Couldn't have had a better experience, super friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble including charging our BMW i3 to full twice as we also decided to keep our exchange car ( The i3) at the last minute, and there was a copious supply of tea! An experience we will never forget. I do want to point out they didn't have to help me as the issue's were completely out of their control and were caused by a finance company. My advice. Get your finance sorted with the team rather than do yourself as I know they will look after you! I won't go into detail but all I will say is these guys really saved the day today. I will be forever greatful. Genuinely. It's inspiring to see a team work together the way I witnessed today and I'd like to ask that if at all possible the team is each given a treat of some kind to acknowledge the great work they do. I recently purchased a car from Mantles in Royston and overall had a very positive experience. The sales process was smooth and professional from start to finish, and I’d like to give a special mention to Tamzin and Sam for their excellent service. They were both friendly, helpful, and made the whole process stress-free. There was a slight delay with the funds transferring from my bank to Mantles’ account, which meant I couldn't take the car home immediately. However, Sam was quick to step in and kindly arranged a courtesy car so I wouldn’t be left without transport, a really thoughtful gesture that I greatly appreciated. As luck would have it, just as I was about to drive off in the courtesy car, the funds cleared and I was able to take home the car I purchased. That said, there were a couple of small issues that I feel are worth mentioning. Firstly, although the car was serviced prior to collection, the mileage clock hadn’t been reset; a minor detail, but one that should really have been picked up before handing the car over. Secondly, I’ve noticed a recurring issue with the radio freezing after driving for a while, preventing me from selecting radio mode. It’s been happening over the past few days, and I’ll be in touch with the team to hopefully get it resolved soon. After bringing the car back, the radio was sorted and now working with no issues! Thank you.

Bought a used Kia Niro from Mantles Royston as my second Kia car. From beginning to end was a stress free and pleasant experience. Fantastic service from start to finish. Went in randomly as been looking at Kia’s online. Spoke to Richard. Showed us about a few cars. Ended up buying a Stonic. Richard’s was at the end of the phone when I had questions before picked the car up. Day came for me to pick the car up unfortunately I was very late due to traffic. Rang let them know was really friendly about it. Finally got there and Shay did the handover from part ex my old car to my new one. He was also really friendly and nothing was enough for him. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. As someone viewing and buying a car remotely, Tyrese ensured we were completely happy with the vehicle via a detailed video and was on hand to answer all our questions both via phone and email. All the documents we needed in place for vehicle pick-up were sent to us in advance and the process just seemed so seamless and well organised. He even ensured the tank was full as it was being picked up and driven to us in Edinburgh which I thought was a lovely gesture. Purchased an EV9 two weeks ago from Kia Royston. Impressive dealership from the friendly welcome, stylish interior, and probably the nicest customer toilets I've ever seen! The Sales person Tom was very welcoming, and the communication was prompt via telephone/emails during the sales journey. There was some additional options and a tiny repair which was all taken care of and the car looked immaculate waiting outside for me on the collection day. Another colleague gave me an impressive walk and talk on the features and functions (Can't remember his name but he was fantastic in his knowledge of Kia cars). Unfortunately, the customer service and communication from Tom from the moment the transaction was completed as I drove off stopped. On collection day I asked if he could look into a service plan, as well as order a double boot liner for me. He said service/parts wasn't back until the Wednesday after the Easter break, so I gave him space and awaited a call or email. He said he would order it for me after confirming a price but that's now gone all quiet. I have therfore had to order it elsewhere as I have been left in limbo by Tom. I sent two reminders emails and telephone call to chase this up! My Wife is looking to purchase a new car and I was encouraging her to buy one from Royston, but you only seem to be interested in selling cars and show little interest with anything after the customer has driven off, which is a great shame.

I have been taking my Kia to Mantles for 3 years now and I've always received a good service. The staff is friendly, and the service/MOT always finishes on time. I appreciate the option of having a courtesy car when you book in advance. They wash your car after the service as well which is a nice treat.

Tamzin was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - a good salesperson without being at all pushy! She was informative and patient at all times and responded to our questions and emails promptly. Shay accompanied us to tax the new vehicle and was polite and chatty and very friendly. Had a great experience here buying a Niro EV. We saw the advert online, the price was good so we went to take a look. Richard was really helpful, very welcoming and friendly. Our young boys were given a hot chocolate each so they loved it! We didn't feel pressured into doing anything, it was dead easy to take the car for a test drive (including adding the kids car seats). I recently bought a used Kia Niro from Mantles and am so pleased with it. I got great service from this garage, in particular Tamzin but also a trainee Jess who took me out for a couple of test drives too. Tamzin looked after me throughout my car search and managed to find a car which was well within my budget which I'm really pleased with. Richard Surbey at Kia Mantles Royston has been exceptionally helpful and efficient in the process of trading up to a nearly new Kia EV6. The car was beautifully prepared when we picked it up and, as EV newbies, Richard was thorough in taking us through the features of the car including charging and setting up the Kia Connect app. As an aside, and what demonstrated a customer care attitude from top to bottom at the dealership was the service technician washing a car out the back who went out of his way to be helpful.

After much research of various Kia dealers we decided to travel to Royston. Best decision ever! We met Tom the sales person. He listened to what we wanted, answered all our questions clearly and guided us through the various financial options. He was courteous, with a good sense of humour which helped as buying a car can be a lengthy process. Tom took us for a test drive in our chosen car, a hybrid Niro. He explained all the features clearly until we felt confident to get behind the wheel. As we needed to get finances in place we arranged to collect the car at a time that suited us. On the day of collection due to circumstances beyond Tom’s control we were unable to take the car but he immediately arranged to have the car delivered to us the next day. I have had an excellent experience with Mantles. All the staff were very pleasant and Tamzin Symonds was extremely helpful in finding me cars to look at that that would fit my criteria. She was very patient and listened very carefully to what I wanted. On every one of my three visits cars were ready to inspect and test drive if necessary. A company I’ve bought cars from before and would definitely recommend especially as their new larger site holds far more vehicles to inspect.

I would like to send out this post earlier but I was struggle to provide the comment of full purchase and aftersales service experience if not yet finished. Firstly, I would say the amazing test drive and sales experience provided by the Mantles sales & service team, Richard, Shubad, Belinda and Tamzin. Detailed mind, full explanation and answers gave the confidence to my wife who was the new driver and 1st car. We targeted and bought an approved used Picanto XLine S 2019. I originally would like to rate 5 star for the entire services. However, I faced the actual situation that made me re-consider the rating. Richard identified the air-conditioning system issue during the test drive in Jun 2024. Then the issue has not yet been fixed during the pick-up date. After reflecting on the issue, the maintenance team tried to fix it and sent the car to me. It was found the issue again within 1 week. Then the maintenance team collected the car and checked it. They indicated one cooling compressor was replaced. After few weeks' drive, the entire cooling system was down last week and now waiting the response and repair. That gave us an unpleasant car purchasing experience although we understood somethings beyond control. We look forward to the final successful repairing and can really enjoy the happy driving of the nice Picanto. Regards, Harold

We have just purchased our third Kia - we just wanted a small basic ‘runaround’ - and in our search for one, Mantles came up. They were advertising a Picanto, exactly what we wanted. My husband called up and spoke to Craig who arranged to hold the car for us and for a test drive. A little while later Richard called through to introduce himself as the sales representative we would be meeting with. Straight away we felt the customer service was incredible. We arrived for the test drive and were warmly welcomed by Richard. After the test drive he spent time listening to our thoughts on the car and left us to think our decision through. Definitely no pushiness from him, which we have experienced at another dealer in the past! Decision made to purchase the car, Richard then talked us through relevant paperwork and agreed a date to collect. We arrived as agreed to collect and this was where our whole customer service experience was ramped up a level. We met Belinda, who does the handing over of cars to customers. We initially thought it a bit strange that someone would do an official hand over - our last purchase was a Sportage and the garage we purchased it from just gave us the keys and waved us off! For a car that has so much onboard technology, we found it hard to get used to - in fact it was a few days before I attempted to drive it as it was so different to our previous Sportage! So, we spent about an hour and a half with Belinda (during which time Craig came over to introduce himself and to make sure we were happy with everything) going through relevant things such as road tax and service plans and she then spent time showing us the car, controls, assisted with connecting our phone via Bluetooth, and just made sure we were perfectly happy with everything before we left. An easy handover as the car is basic, no frills, perfect for our needs. We were talking about our experience of the handover process for our Sportage and Belinda offered to go through everything on it with us! We were stunned that she would offer to do that, especially as we hadn’t purchased the car from this garage! We are so pleased we found this garage and made the journey to have a look at a little car - it would have been easy to stick with our local Kia garage and just wait for a small car to come up on their books but we are so very glad we didn’t. It has been an amazing journey making a purchase through Mantles - we really can’t thank Craig, Richard and Belinda enough for providing such an outstanding level of customer service and making our experience an extremely happy one! We knew we wanted to purchase a small Kia but weren’t looking forward to returning to our local dealer - luckily we didn’t need to! Recently traded in and brought a car from kia. Tyrese was my sale Executive! I hate buying different cars and told Tyrese this from the start. To which he replied, he would like to make this an enjoyable experience. Now here we're comes the 5 * for customers service regarding Tyrese. We test drove my car, and started gathering the paperwork needed , my purchase seem to be taken over by someone else! Because Tyrese was on a well earned day off, due to this there were some delays and charges brought to myself for this. My advice is allow who ever is dealing with the customer to complete. I would have been happy to wait a day, than have the confusion of not all my paperwork being submitted correct. Too many cooks and all that! Anyway after taking my own actions while Tyrese was off I submitted my own paperwork ready for collection. I will give credit that all my admin costs were kindly covered. I wanted Tyrese to complete this sale as he was a very relatable guy. He listened right from the start to what I was looking for and why. You can feel pressured sometimes at dealers,.or maybe in some cases not quite good enough. This was not the case with Tyrese, he had great customer service skills, and great after sales care on any questions and queries I had. Now here comes the stinger!!!! Tech team and valet team need to step up there game. On collection I had to request for Tyrese to ask a tech to come out and significantly top up my break fluid, change the out dated tyre seal canister, to put a jack in that was ticked but missing and a wheel brace. This tells me the car was flipped quick, and valet! check all pull downs and compartments. I don't expect to take out a gold bar wrapper from the central arm rest in the back seats and go easy on the back to black in the engine bays, it causes smears on paint work and clogs the dust more. Recommend adding the service package as its actually a good deal. So all in all, after a few hick ups I'm very happy with how Tyrese was able to complete my purchase and make sure i was happy. I've called her Betty, we're getting used to each other.

I bought a used car from Mantles Kia Royston in May 2024, price point £9k. Attentive staff, appointments were on time, responses to questions over email/phone in good time, decent information about the car, and decent price. 5 days into owning the car I found a crack in the windscreen, and they paid the excess on my insurance policy for it to be repaired. Only issue was the advert was overly positive about the service history, which was eventually sorted.

I had a very specific personal reason to change car and needed to find someone to listen carefully and support me through the process. Nathan and Belinda were superb in helping me navigate through the process and I felt at all times that it was not a "profit" exercise for them. Ultimately my trust and confidence in them was so great that I bought a particular car from them on their recommendation and without even driving it first!! I would not describe that as something you should do but I can wholeheartedly advocate all the team at the showroom for their customer service and goodwill.

Purchased my Kia sportgage GTS from Mantles in September 2023, and after 5 months of having had the vehicle, a few issue developed with the vehicle. Kia took car back into the garage to complete some works which had developed and was extremely disappointed with the works carried out. After further repair works and discussions with the managers, the works have now finally been completed to satisfaction which I am now happy with. A pleasant experience from start to finish. I work in the service industry and I win business based on service so I can easily recognise exceptional service as this is what I received. Nothing was too much of an ask. From the initial response to my email enquiry, the WhatsApp's, the follow up calls, the personalised video, getting in early for a test drive on a Sunday, negotiation (sort of) and handover was exceptional. I've just purchased a used car from mantles and I honestly can't fault the service from start to finish, salesman Alfie was great very laid back and not pushy, he left me to take a test drive which was great and he answered every question I had. there was a scuff on the bumper when I viewed the car, he said it would be removed in time for collection. True to his word it was gone. The handover was smooth and hassle free. I would recommend mantles to anyone and it was well worth the drive to purchase my car. the online reservation service works well, I reserved on a Friday evening and couldn't view until Tuesday but that was no bother to them.1st class service and I thought the cars were well priced

After looking online, Mantles Kia in Royston had the Kia sportage in the model/colour we wanted. Phoned up first thing Monday morning and spoke to Nathan one of the Sales team. We felt immediately at ease with him, knowing we were buying a car without it being seen. Later on that day he sent a thorough video of inside and outside of the car, without missing anything including the wheels. We decided to part exchange our older car with them, and received a reasonable price that we were happy with. The downside was Nathan had Thursday off, and we had to deal with the sales manager. I recently purchased a Kia Picanto from Mantles, part exchanging my current Kia Soul and the whole experience was first class. In particular, I received excellent service from Nathan, who looked after me from my initial phone call to enquire about the car all the way through to handover a few days later. The whole process could really not have been simpler or less stressful. Highly recommended!

Update April 2024: Such a fall from grace for Kia Mantle, a terrible shame. Great care given when paying for a service and/or MOT, but when there is no monetary gain the attitude and approach is significantly different. My car developed a significant fault in October 2023 and requires a new part. Now in 2024 and still waiting for the part, being forced to drive a faulty vehicle and chase Kia Mantels for updates. No follow up or alternative provided apart from ‘continue waiting’. 81 days and counting………………………………. Update: Over a 100 days and the AVN unit finally fixed by the service department. To be balanced, after the above review was posted, the communication was impressive, however this was simply to say; continue to drive your faulty vehicle and wait for the part. It was finally fixed on 1st March 2024. Kia (Sales) rang a couple of weeks later to suggest a part exchange. After much consideration, we decided to put our trust back in Kia. Big mistake. We agreed to part exchange our car for an ex-demo. Deal agreed, despite hidden costs not being disclosed by Abu (VED), we were excited about picking up our new car. Kia rang on the agreed date to be informed car cannot be picked up as it has developed a 'fault', hours before exchange. 10 days later......still no car and just mounting insurance and road tax costs on vehicle to be exchanged. Every conversation with the sales department seems to result in the spending of more money on our part. The phrase 'good money after bad' seems to fit. To summarise, waiting yet AGAIN, this time due to the poor level of service by the sales department. Which leads me to another phrase 'fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. EDIT….

Purchasing a car is fraught with stress and unexpected expenses as well as reams of paperwork. My experience could not have been more different. I was helped during the week by Craig, who was professional, clear, and ensured that I my experience was stress-free and transparent as possible. Once arriving on site, Tyrese put me at ease during the wait, as the dealership was busy; he was personable and charming. Once handed over to the incomparable Paul, I felt I was in good hands. Paul is the resident Kia genius, clear and concise with a depth of knowledge on the cars which he shared with me with patience, humour and good stories. After a wait, I left with a new car, supported by the Mantles team, as the obvious true team effort, which made my experience rise to the level of 5 starts.

I needed a new car quickly as my old one decided to breakdown in more ways than one! A few friends recommended Mantles as they helped her out. I went in and although I didn’t know what exactly I was looking for (other than a car that starts and the window goes up and down!) I told them my budget and they really helped me find the perfect car! I had never gone through finance before and Shuey really talked me through everything and explained everything for me, and within a couple of days everything was sorted! The team at Kia Mantle’s Royston have been really helpful, the only thing that lacked is communication but they are aware of communication issues and trying to sort these out. When we have been in the showroom they have been nothing but pleasant people who want the best for their customers. They have answered all of our questions and made sure all queries were dealt with ahead of us collecting our vehicle. Tyrese is doing well in his journey at Mantles, if there was anything he was unsure of, he made sure he found out the answer and let us know. Picked up a 3month old Sportage from Mantles of Royston this weekend(18/11/23). Very pleased with the car but have to say Tyrese Ferguson the trainee sales person that greeted us 2 weeks ago when we walked into the showroom with the most welcoming of smiles was great to deal with, he has good knowledge of the product he is selling and for such a young person his knowledge of the vehicles and the company was superb, all round a very good company to deal with and we are very pleased with the car and it made leaving our Porsche Macan behind very easy.

I have dealt with Carwow over the past few months looking for a new Kia. Living close to the garage, I was pleased that the offer via Carwow was as I hoped. I arranged a test dirve with Abu, and was very pleased with the way I was looked after. The following day I was happy enough to order the car with Abu. Every step was fully explianed to me. I have taken delivery of a Kia Picanto this week. The help and support of Shubad was second to none. He was very efficient and made the whole procedure effortless and smooth. I spoke to Grace about selling my car to this dealership through CarWow. I needed to get it sorted as soon as possible because it was my birthday the next day and would soon be out of the country for the rest of the month. Organising the greatest heist plot you've ever seen at 2pm, Grace and I arranged for my partner and I to drive 3 hours to the dealership and give them my car in person (dealership closes at 5pm). Unfortunately on our quest there we 2 crashes on the M4 and they had to close the motorway. There was no way we'd make it in time so I had to consider getting a hotel for the night to drop off the car in the morning, ruining my birthday plans in the process. Dave from the dealership gave me a call when I escaped the motorway in the mysterious magical forest of "Slough" in a delightful tavern "McDonalds". The legend that he is, Dave organised us to drop the car off at his home after he had finished work. We did all the necessary checks and then he personally drove my partner and I to the train station to get back home the same night. Aside from train delays caused by trees falling on the tracks, the journey back was a success. With money in my account, the birthday plans saved and no dodgy hotel sleep, I am incredible grateful for the fantastic service from everyone involved. Will be coming back to buy my next Kia :)

Fantastic customer service when I recently took my vehicle in to have the tyres changed. The staff were very friendly on the day and the coffee is excellent! When I booked over the phone, they were able to match a price I had quoted online and even offered to collect it from my house or the use of a courtesy car. Great service last year, but a year later total waste of my time coming here. Wrongly quoted the price of the service and then took over 4 hours when I was told and no updates or refreshments offered. *Update - had a follow up call from the team apologising for the poor experience and offering to make it better, so we are hopeful for next year.

Incredible customer service from the whole team when purchasing a used car. Mainly dealt with Abu who who was very knowledgeable and found us the perfect car to fit our needs and budget. Went in to have a look at cars and picked our new car up a week later, had it a couple of days and couldn't be happier.

I recently purchased a used car from Mantles after seeing it advertised on Autotrader and making enquiries about it with salesman Dave. It was half way across the country so it took some trust to part with money having never actually seen the car but Dave obviously has a passion for the cars he sells and assured me it was in pristine condition. Luckily he's a man of his word and the car exceeded expectations. The car was immaculate when I made the journey to pick it up and Dave had sorted everything before hand so that the handover with his colleague Nathan was very efficient and trouble free. We went to Kia in Royston to test drive several cars a few weeks ago. Simon R was very helpful arranging the test drives asking if there were any specific models we had seen and would like to look at. After deciding on a Kia EXceed, Simon provided excellent customer service after this. The garage has a large selection of quality cars, with a clean open show room, and comfortable surroundings while you make your decision, staff were friendly and helpful. I have just bought a used car from Mantles kia Royston, I can honestly say the whole process couldn't have gone any easier. I knew what car I wanted and unfortunately there wasn't any in the area I live the colour/spec for the money i had. I searched further away and then contacted Mantles and asked if they would delivery the car I had seen, which they agreed. Russell sent me several pictures and answered all questions I had to start with. I called back the next day to pay a deposit to a gentleman called Shuey, who continued with the sale. Shuey is unbelievably helpful and couldn't have done anymore for me, I think he has his phone on 24/7. Every step of the process he updated me and every question I asked he answered pretty much instantly. Staff/Companies like this are very rare. Car was delivered in exact condition as Shuey had described. Well done Mantles and thank you Shuey.

Very recently purchased a Kia Niro from the Royston branch and was very impressed with the customer service and attitude of all the staff. Everyone there seemed very friendly and happy to help as much as they could. The guy who sorted the Niro out for myself, Russell Bull, went above and beyond what he needed to do, and made the transaction easy and as smooth as possible. I’d definitely recommend using this branch of Kia, if you’re looking to get one. Top marks and thanks again for the excellent service provided.

Very good service from start to finish when purchasing a vehicle, the staff were very knowledgeable, there were no high pressure tactics as I've found in other dealerships and everything was explained to us in detail. When I need to renew my car I'll definitely be coming here again, very well done to the team at mantles.

We made an enquiry to Mantles Kia about a vehicle we had seen online. Our vehicle was to be used as a trade in, and as we were travelling from Scotland, wanted some assurances of a valuation. After sending photos and describing any flaws on our car, a valuation was given. (Which was fully honoured.) Upon arrival at the showroom, we were made welcome by all and offered refreshments. Russell had all the paperwork ready to be processed, which included complimentary Get me home insurance & took just over an hour to complete. We were given a full rundown of the functions of the new car and given a full tank of fuel to send us on our way. Thanks to Russell and the team, we would definitely recommend using the services of Mantles Kia.

Collected my new EV6 this week. The car is amazing and the service & support from the team at Kia Royston has been fantastic. From the salesman (Shuey) to the Product Genius (Paul), everyone has been helpful, attentive (just the right amount) and informative. They clearly wanted to sell us a car but not just any car. Very happy with the EV6 and the service provided.

Recently bought a second vehicle from Mantles. The sales staff were professional and practical; not pushy at all. Service team are quick and thorough. I recently collected my Rio and the service was £130 less than originally quoted complete with a wash and vacuum. All sales and service work is followed by a courtesy phone call. Great dealership, I'd be happy to recommend them and use them again in the future.

Great service from first contact to completion. Alfie got in touch with me after I emailed them about the car. Very helpful and friendly. After I decided to buy the car, he did care a lot about me being happy with the car, answered all my questions (and there were a lot as it was my first EV). When he handed over the car, he took a lot of time to explain all the features, and even after he left, he contacted me the next day to see if I was happy, and if I had any more questions (and I did). After the sale was completed, he still cared about the customer, which made an excellent impression. The service was great from the get go of the process of getting my new car. Always felt comfortable, had every step of the process explained to me in detail. One very happy customer. I would highly recommend them! From start to finish they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I was sorting a car for my mum and shubad miah (the sales manager) was really helpful and friendly he answered all our questions, he sent over extra photos and even a video of the car, he even managed to get the car ready for us to collect on really short notice, he was off the day we did collect but still bothered to call and see if we had made it there okay (we live in brighton) We also had a follow up phone call on the monday to make sure we got back okay and mum was happy with her car!! Its a shame we are not closer or would use them for our services but we have just ordered our new car with them

Just ordered a new car through russell bull who works at this dealership. Russel went above and beyond helping me get my dream car on the budget i could afford. I really do feel like he looked after me he beat the prices i got from over 10 other dealers and also threw in some extras. i would recommend anyone going to this garage to ask for russell

Great service from the Mantles team! I wish I found Mantles sooner to be honest. My previous KIA service centre was a par at best. Car serviced and MOT’d at short notice due to me not planning my MOT on time. They fitted me in and saved my skin due to MOT expiring the same day. Staff were accommodating in looking for a new car for me and giving me impartial advice without giving the sales pitch. Can’t thank the team enough for all their help. PS- free coffee too 😀 John

I have recently picked up my new car and from day one I have been so impressed with the service received. Paul Smith has been first class from my first visit to picking up the vehicle and I would recommend both the garage and Paul in a heartbeat. Paul is very knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Coming away from German based cars which have had it too easy the whole experience was a breath of fresh air. Outstanding service today My car was showing a fault and needed checking urgently as I had a 300 mile trip. Despite calling stevenage branch where I purchased the car, I was let down and not for the first time! nobody took my call after being fobbed off by sales dept. So I popped in to Royston branch as I happened to be in the area and they couldn't have been more helpful. A nice chap checked everything over and put my mind at rest, sorry I didn't take your name but you did your company proud. The receptionist was equally helpful

My Kia Picanto was due its first service so I booked it with Mantles, which was the first time I had been there. I have to say the customer service was outstanding. Even before walking in, we passed a member of staff who said hello and we were then greeted by Lesley at the service desk who was very welcoming. We were told it would be and hour/hour and a half, which was spot on. We returned to the service desk where Lesley said my car was ready, having been cleaned inside and out, so I paid the bill, which I must say was very reasonable. From start to finish, the customer service at Mantles is exceptionally good and I will be bringing my Picanto back to Mantles for its next service without any hesitation. I even received a surprise call from Mantles the following evening asking for my feedback and to make sure I was happy with the service I received. I spoke with Pat who was very friendly, we had a lovely chat and I confirmed to her that I was extremely happy with the customer service I received. Well done Mantles! Always had a very pleasant experience with Mantles Royston. Friendly staff and very good customer service. The Kia Sportage GT Line I had for 3 years was the best car I had ever driven for comfort, gadgets and safety. Then I got my GT Line S...well it is just superb. Better than the GT Line due to the seat cooling option and sunroof.

I have had my last two Kia cars serviced at Mantles in Royston. Always very professional from the receptionist to the mechanics. They explain any issues needing attention and charge accordingly at reasonable prices. I take a courtesy car whilst my car is in for service / MOT, for which I have to pay a small sum of £10 to go on their insurance (as my insurer Direct Line does not cover the use of courtesy cars). This is added to the final bill. I am kept well advised throughout the day of the progress and if any items need to be replaced on the car they ask permission to go ahead. My first Kia was purchased in Northampton but no quibble to service it in Royston. After 7 years I decided to buy another Kia from Royston which has been very reliable. I recommend this business for their friendliness, professionalism and quality of workmanship.

Mantles Kia in Royston proved to be an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, Wade Taylor and his colleagues were superbly professional and welcoming and the presentation of the cars is outstanding. Although we drove 112 miles to collect our new car, I would unhesitatingly recommend them and would undoubtedly use them again.

We were so impressed with his excellent customer service and we are so happy with our new Kia Niro, it drives like a dream. Wanted to say a big thank you to Mantles for repairing my son’s car under warranty today. The back story is that I asked my local garage to take a look at his handbrake that was not holding, the mechanic (previously worked for 30+ years as head technician at Mercedes) put in on a ramp and showed me the calliper was defective and should be covered under warranty. I took it to my nearest Kia dealer in Stevenage after telling them the diagnosis. They looked at it and said it was discs and pads, calliper was fine and wanted my son to pay £300+ to fix. Local mechanic advised me to get a second opinion as he said that would not fix the issue and was angry that the company would put my son’s life at risk; he is a new driver. I called Mantles and booked for a handbrake check. They said immediately it was the calliper, ordered one in and fixed under warranty, the problem is now solved. If you want great service for your Kia, go to Mantles and I suggest you steer well clear of Kia Stevenage.

Recently visited with an awfull noise coming from the engine and was very worried it could be something serious. Within 2 hours Mantles had repaired the issue (making the car sound like new), cleaned the car inside & out and all at a fraction of the price I was expecting it to be. After using other local garages in the past and having pretty poor experiences I could not recommended Mantles of Royston highly enough! 5*
