Terms and Conditions: The Grainger Motor Group BYD £5,000 Cash Giveaway ("the Promotion") is open to customers who purchase and take delivery of any new BYD vehicle from a participating Grainger Motor Group BYD dealership between 13 July 2026 and 30 September 2026 (inclusive). The Promotion is available to both retail and Motability customers. Each eligible new BYD vehicle purchased and delivered during the promotional period will receive one automatic entry into the prize draw.

The total prize fund is £5,000, consisting of one first prize of £3,000, one second prize of £1,500, and one third prize of £500. All prizes will be paid to the winners by bank transfer.

Three winners will be selected at random between 1 October 2026 and 14 October 2026 using a fair and impartial random selection process. Winners will be contacted using the telephone number and email address provided at the time of vehicle purchase. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or does not accept the prize within 7 days of the initial contact attempt, Grainger Motor Group reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random.

The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Grainger Motor Group, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.

Only one entry is permitted per eligible new BYD vehicle purchased and delivered during the promotional period. The Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any alternative prize. Grainger Motor Group reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

Grainger Motor Group may request the winners' permission to use their first name, photograph and dealership location for reasonable promotional purposes. Participation in such publicity is voluntary and will only take place with the winner's consent.

Personal information supplied in connection with this Promotion will only be used for the administration of the prize draw and in accordance with Grainger Motor Group's Privacy Policy.

Grainger Motor Group reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this Promotion at any time where it becomes necessary to do so. The promoter's decision is final in all matters relating to the Promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
