Salary - OTE upwards of £55,000 pa (Salary negotiable on experience/ uncapped bonus)

To be successful in this role you will have.

• A proven track record as a Senior Sales Executive, Business Manager, Sales Controller or Sales Manager within the automotive industry.
• Good financial and commercial understanding
• A positive and forward-thinking work ethic
• The skills and experience to lead and inspire a team
• A proactive and organised approach
• Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working as part of a team in a target driven environment, supporting both shared and personal objectives.

Your duties will include;

• Enhance the sales and profitability of new and used vehicles and related products.
• Effectively motivate and support the sales team to reach expected targets.
• Buying and selecting used cars at competitive process to maximise resale profitability.
• Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service.
• Ensure effective stock management and profiling.
• Support site maintenance efforts alongside Management.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to create strategies that boost sales.
• Mentor and lead a sales team to enhance departmental performance.
• Strive towards career progression with support from our business.
• EMG Business Managers work flexible schedules, including weekends and bank holidays (on a rota basis), to provide our customers with the highest levels of service.
