How to Enter

Entering our competition is simple:

• Comment tagging who you’d bring along and tell us how many tickets you need

Grainger Motor Group – Win a Family Trip to Banham Zoo

Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition is organised and promoted by Grainger Motor Group ("the Promoter").

2. Competition Period

The competition opens at Monday 17th July and closes at 11:59pm (BST) on Monday 31st August. Entries received after the closing date will not be included.

3. Eligibility

• The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of Grainger Motor Group, Banham Zoo and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Follow the Grainger Motor Group account on the platform they are entering from.
• Like the competition post.
• Comment on the competition post by:
• tagging the person or people they would like to bring; and
• stating the number of tickets required for their family (maximum of 6 tickets).

Reposting or sharing the competition post is encouraged but is not required to enter or increase the chances of winning.

The competition is running on the following Grainger Motor Group social media accounts:

• Instagram
• Facebook
• TikTok

Entrants may submit one entry per platform, giving a maximum of three entries per person (one on each platform).

5. The Prize

• A total of 50 standard admission tickets to Banham Zoo are available to be won.
• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received across all three social media platforms.
• Tickets will be allocated to winning family groups based on the number of tickets requested (up to a maximum of 6 per winning entry), until approximately 50 tickets have been awarded.
• Tickets are valid for standard daytime admission only.
• All tickets must be claimed and used by 30 September.
• Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be selected at random shortly after the competition closes.
• Winners will be contacted via private message on the social media platform used to enter.
• Winners must respond within 3 days of being contacted.
• If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and randomly select another eligible entrant.

7. Prize Delivery

Tickets will either:

• be sent electronically via email;
• be posted to the winner; or
• be collected from EMG Kia Thetford,

as agreed with the winner following notification.

8. Social Media Content

Winning families may be invited to share photos or videos from their visit to Banham Zoo and tag Grainger Motor Group on social media.

This is entirely optional and is not a condition of receiving the prize.

9. Banham Zoo Terms

All tickets are subject to Banham Zoo's normal admission terms and conditions, opening times, operating schedules and any temporary closures or restrictions that may apply.

10. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.
• The Promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Platform Disclaimer

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. By entering, participants release each platform from any responsibility relating to this competition.

12. Data Protection

Any personal data collected for the purpose of administering this competition will only be used to contact winners and arrange prize fulfilment unless the entrant has separately consented to receive marketing communications.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
