Grainger Motor Group recently brought colleagues together to celebrate and recognise team members whose dedication and commitment have made a real difference to customers across the group.

• At Grainger Motor Group, we believe that great customer experiences start with great people. Recently, we brought colleagues together from across the group for our annual Sales Elite celebration, recognising team members who have gone above and beyond in their roles throughout the year.

  The event, hosted at our EMG Motor Group Kia & Mazda Cambridge dealership, gave us the opportunity to celebrate the dedication, professionalism and commitment our team shows every day when supporting customers.

  During the event, several individuals were recognised for exceptional contributions and consistent performance, with special awards presented by Managing Directors, Neal & Harry Grainger, to colleagues who achieved key internal milestones. It was also a chance to thank everyone for their hard work and to share in the success of the wider team.
