Grainger Motor Group at 2026 AM Awards

We are pleased to annouce we are building on an impressive track record of securing industry accolades with a trio of wins at the recent AM Awards, which recognises excellence in the UK’s Motor retail sector. 

Our Mantles Kia facility in Royston was named Workshop of the Year, while its Cambridge Kia site secured EV Performance of the Year. To complete our impressive haul, we also won in the Used Car Performance of the Year category.

A key factor in Mantles Kia claiming Workshop of the Year award was its prodigious 93.5% customer satisfaction rating in 2025. As more customers have flocked to our site, the team has grown rapidly, from just four in 2022 to 14 by last year.

Kia Cambridge’s EV Performance of the Year win at the AM Awards can be attributed, in part, to the site’s outstanding 100% EV sales net promoter score, which measures customer satisfaction and loyalty. In addition, it secured an 86.67% net promoter score for EV aftersales care, some 22% higher than the national average among EV workshops. Our dealership has won recent plaudits from Kia, being the carmaker’s Dealer of the Year for 2026, as well as its number one dealer in the country for EV Excellence.

The Grainger Motor Group also scooped Used Car Performance of the Year at the AM Awards, having reduced stockturn (average time taken to sell a vehicle) from 60 days in 2023 to just 45 in 2025, and by increasing its used car turnover by 1,066% in just two years.
